I don't know what they did with management here, but tonight they were absolutely awesome in customer service. They have always been polite, but the manager working tonight went out of her way to make sure me and my fiance had a good time. We asked if they had the Pikachu plushie on display on the wall for our son at home who just turned 6. She said they didn't but went to the back to find a smaller version (that looked like better quality) and held it for us until we had enough points to get it.
We ended up actually hitting a lot of jackpots and getting a lot of items. The selection of prizes was varied and attainable, unlike at Scandia. When one game was a bit buggy, we got help to fix it almost immediately. We cashed out and they were very patient with our indecisiveness. The employees and manager really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.
Also, we are plus-size people and have visited the waterpark area in the past and had a blast. The rides are very heavy-set friendly. (If it has a limit for a single rider, often you can ride single on a double tube). None of the employees make you feel insecure or unwelcomed. They are very friendly and safety oriented. It was my first time at a splash park since I was little and it exceeded my expectations.
Anyways, I definitely recommend this place over Scandia or Raging Waters. It has come a long way since my first visit just a few years ago. Great job...
Read moreThe park as a whole is vlean well maintained and safe. Our first experience with the park it started out sour. The park does not allow outside thermos with water. We just filled 4 thermos with $10 worth of purified water. The manager Mike McDonald & Alina made no effort to come out and speak to us about the dilemma nor offer any type of solution. Service seems to be the common denominator for bad experiences including this one. There are many solutions to this problem that prevents bad reviews and unhappy customers. Q - Sir why are you upset? A - That I spent $10 in water and now have to poor out. Solutions- 1). Sir let us offer you a discount on your $200 ticket purchase 2). Sir let's open the thermos and confirm your 8 yr old has no alcohol inside 3). Sir poor out the water and we will bring 5 fresh water bottles to your cabana in order to make up for the inconvenience.
3 plausible solutions to take care of the customer. Hopefully this is taken lightly from management while at the same time as opportunity. An opportunity to create an experience unparalleled and send all patrons home with an experience.
Think of the additional revenue this could generate on the ticket sales front,...

It's definitely not cheap $500 plus We ordered food and pizza around 12 it is now almost 3:30 and we still have not received our food. It closes at 5:30 mind you. You're too busy to unorganized even the waitresses so very polite on letting us know that our food was still going to take a while I ordered fries just to get the kids something in the meantime I gave her a $50 bill and she brings me $10. I have yet to see my change back. I've been waiting 30 plus minutes. I do not recommend going to Sunsplash if you're planning to have a birthday party there. It's okay if you're just going for the day Sunsplash you guys need to get...
