THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WOLUD NOT RECCOMMEND JESS DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE! What was supposed to be an early birthday gift/valentines gift for my daughter turned out a nightmare. Please do not see JESS. Not only did we have trouble with her getting the dots aligned even on my ears as I was getting a second stacked piercing but the gap/space was too seperated. As a proffesional she should have known that if you ask for a stacked second even if you wear studs it cant go that far back becuase it will not look stacked. Although I said yes to dot placement I took her advice because she is the professional and this was my second time ever getting a piercing since I was an infant. Long story short I had to pay for a 3rd piercing that went inbetween my first and second hole becuase that is how much space I had in between. YES I paid for the 3rd because I told her since I made a whole in my ear I might as well just buy another earing and put it in that whole when she takes it out to reposition the pirecing and she stated " if you do that I will have to charge you because I am only going to reposition it but if you put an earing in it you have to pay the the entire pirecing, so I agreed because why would I not just pay for an earing if there is already a hole there "SMH"... I wouldnt have had an extra hole in my ear if the second whole was placed properly.
Then the bars she placed on me were too small to the point where I was even questioning it on day one because it was very snug and fitting to my ear and I knew that there had to be room for swelling. Low and behold, I was right and my ears got soo irritated that my piercings were imbedding every day and had reoccurring irritation bumps. I was following all cleaning guidelines but because the piercing was sooo tight.. my ear was constantly leaking and bleeding which caused constant crusting.
To make matters worse, I went back to the shop per directions on the website to be told by JESS that I just needed to do heat comressions and clean my ears better. She basically refused to change my bars out and had such a bad attitude that my daughter who is a teenager was in shock.
Due to the nature of how unprofessional JESS was and all the issues I had with her I decided to go to other professional piercers. They were shocked how bad my ears were and could not believe what had happened and continued to apologize for how horrible my experience was. They AGREED MY BAR WAS TOO SHORT AND NEEDED TO BE CHANGED ASAP along with other wrong information she had given us about piercing in general. I will never return to this facility and am soooo glad I found a much better place wilth professional piercers who know what they are doing. Nor will I ever reccommend this place unfortunately.
Another side note.... I thought it was starnge that the piercing room was soo dimb you can barely see the dots they place on your body. The room should be more brighter for better piercing accuracy. The picture shows my third stack pierced as my second and I fixed the look by paying for a TRUE Second stacked which is pictures as my true second stacked. Second picture shows even with bigger stud there is too much of a gap in btween 1st and 3rd hole to not have to fix it by adding a TRUE Second...
Read moreThe service here is absolutely terrible, I’m honestly stunned at the experience I’ve had trying to order jewelry here
I called about three months ago asking if I could order pieces in white gold and moonstone, was told that they would call me back and heard nothing
I called again about two weeks ago asking again about the same pieces, and again received no additional communication. I called again today and finally received a response by text.
Anyways I decided to come in and see the jewelry in person since their phone communication was obviously lacking, and was completely ignored by the workers there. No greeting, no asking me if I needed assistance with anything? The store is small and was completely empty besides me, yet the two workers there glanced at me and decided to chat with each other instead of acknowledging me at all.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or don’t look like their typical customer, but I have 10+ piercings and was hoping to have my entire set up contain Auadore pieces since I love art deco era jewelry. Their pieces are expensive and I was willing to pay $1000+ for a moonstone and white gold set up. I don’t even want to order anything from them anymore after the experience I’ve had with this shop… I’ve never experienced this at any other jewelry store before and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone at all. They clearly don’t value their customers and don’t want...
Read moreWow!!! We stopped in on a shopping trip looking for the old place that was there before, but were pleasantly surprised to AuAdore! It’s super cute inside, and very clean. All of the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (hygiene, jewelry placement, healing, etc.). They are an APP certified piercing shop, use high quality threadless jewelry (flat back piercings), hollow needles, and have excellent sterilization practices. As someone who has multiple piercings, I was very impressed.
Our piercer was Michelle! We had another artist who gave a consultation prior to doing the piercing. She was incredibly personable and patient with all of our questions.
My friend was the one getting pierced and Michelle gave me a free consultation on my next piercing (which I will be getting from her as soon as I am able to). She walked my friend through the entire process, including what to get to clean her piercings, what to look for in other piercing shops to get the jewelry changed (as my friend is from out of town), and healing time.
The pricing is on the slightly higher side, but if you want to ensure that you’re going to get an excellent piercing that looks great and heals well, it’s worth the price! If you’re in the Roseville area looking for a piercing, I definitely recommend this place. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I didn’t even get a piercing (and my friend was really happy with her...
