I had my IPhone 14 Pro Max screen replaced from there and it turned out into a nightmare. So first off my screen black out and stop working and my first initial thought was going to the Apple Store to Get a OEM replacement which I did go there but the Apple Store had a hour wait to get me in and I was in a rush to get my phone back so I stop By CellTech which Aryan offer me to fix my screen for $330 plus tax $360 for a premium screen which I agree on. First screen had issues with the proximity sensor not working causing my phone to black out every time I received a call. Brought it back for a 2nd screen which occasionally still does it but now this screen has a problem with a yellow tint and black shadow when the brightness was turned all the way off. Went back again and was offered an oem screen but they want to charged me attention $100 to cover for refurbished Oem screen. Also I wasted my time going back there 5 times plus my gas because it was a 30 minute drive for me and he never pick up my calls or my text messages. I contacted apple and they only wanted $380 for a brand new Oem screen replacement which I should done in the first place but I was in a rush. Afterwards I did call Batteries plus and they quoted me $190 for an Oem screen replacement. If you are planning to get the best quality out of your repair I highly recommend waiting the wait time at apple and get oem parts. Plus they do not offer a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had my son's iPhone screen replaced here. It failed well within the 60 day warranty period. I brought the phone back and they refused to honor their warranty, claiming that it was necessary to "phone them immediately" and "take a video" of the issue when it happened (I brought it in within 10 days of it happening). The screen went completely black (despite the phone still being on) and I brought it with me. They acknowledged that it was a defective product, but claimed that since it had a minor scratch (which they agreed would not affect functionality in any way) they would not honor the warranty. It was clear that they were looking for any excuse to stand behind their work and product despite acknowledging that it was defective. Aryan is phenomenal at customer service with his fabulous personality. He is passionate about what he does and makes you feel like you are number one, even when the counter is busy. He's able to juggle everyone so that everyone feels important and not neglected or ignored. I am always greeted by name. That must mean I go there often or he just has a great memory.
