I ordered a large caramel cooler with whip cream and caramel I asked the girl to wipe the cup off SHE THREW IT AT ME WITHOUT THE COVER ON I called 911 and the police came while I was waiting outside the store I was harassed by the mall security. I was on my way to work I was COVERED WITH COFFEE WHIP CREAM AND CARAMEL my hair my coat my scarf my pants and my uggs She said she accidentally did it. The police came and got my refund because Caribou refused to give me my money. We in America have FREEDOM OF SPEECH. And the employees on duty claimed it was a accident. It is very small, not enough tables, acoustics are bad which is probably due to the high ceiling, there is not enough room for customers to wait to order, it seems to be poorly laid out so there is no good traffic flow. When the outside door opens a blast of cold air comes in making bags, napkins and even money fly onto the floor and it's cold sitting there. There are no tables/chairs in the mall area near the facility. This new location is certainly not user-friendly. The old location in the center of the court was much better for traffic flow, there were many more tables to accommodate customers, the acoustics were good and the tables were farther apart so that you could visit with your tablemates and not hear the conversations of the other customers. When they called it out I noticed there was dark chips on the whip so I asked if it was white chocolate to be sure. The guy told me it was white chocolate so I left. When I tried it, it was definitely dark chocolate and honestly the two chocolates have different tastes. I just don't like how darker chocolate tastes so I was disappointed.
