My 3 year old and I waited for 17 minutes to get an icee and fries. They called what I thought was my name and there were 2 fries orders so I assumed she rang me up for 2 orders by mistake. I should not have assumed that and it take responsibility for that.
I grabbed the fries, wrangled my 3 year old and started walking to our car. I heard someone yelling “mam” in an aggressive tone so I turned around. She was yelling across the mall that I had taken the wrong order and was following me. I turned around and came back instantly and meeting her half way. When we were face to face she told me I “stole” this order. I said “excuse me?! it was an honest mistake.” She then took both of the fry orders my son had touched and took them out of my hands! I told her we had touched them and she said yeah I know I am throwing them away. I was so taken aback by this and in shock on how I was being treated by a total stranger. I walked back to the couple whose order I “stole” and apologized and they were very kind about it.
We then waited even longer to get a small fry which she could have just taken a big one and dumped into a small container instead of wasting and throwing it all out. I have worked in customer service and the food industry and know it’s hard and you deal with a lot of rude people. I ordered something simple, tipped her and was in turn treated awful in front of my 3 year old and a bunch of strangers. Read morethe food was good. loved the fries. they were crispy and delicious. but the service was actually foul. it was sick. i was quite literally yelled at by an employee because i didn’t hear the cashier ask me to wait for my drink. which caught me so off guard because i had been nothing but nice and polite. that interaction ruined my mood for the rest of day. when i went to go and receive my food the same employee slapped my napkins on the table. which i thought was very strange, however i excused it by thinking that maybe she was just having a bad day. as i was eating my food i watched this same employee give attitude to a little boy who ordered fries. she had called his name and he didn’t hear, when she finally got his attention she sucked her teeth and threw his napkins onto his fries. i was actually shocked. it’s one thing to have a bad day but to take it out on customers, ESPECIALLY little kids is actually sick and insane. you’re literally doing nothing but your job. she honestly killed my whole mood and i was so bitter for the rest of the day. despite this though the fries were GOOD and i would def come back for more if she wasn’t...
Read moreI used to go here and loved it and will never go back, customer service is the worse I was ordering 3 combos or meals and repeated my order 2 times and the girl said she had the order confirmed supposedly and still wasn’t heard I paid waited for my order and only received 1 and I ask for my other 2 and they said that I never ordered anything else when I had repeated it 2 times and instead of just saying sorry for the mistake and taking the order again they just kept arguing with me and finally just tell me to leave that I am not welcome because supposedly they don’t tolerate rude customers when they were the rude ones. I decided that they to get a refund of my food because I was humiliated something that never happened to me at any restaurant until I went in to ur restaurant that day.
