I purchased a 1200.00 ring at the Roseville Calif location . The very very small turquoise stone fell out . I was given directions on how to get my stone replaced which required me to insure my ring and send it to Hawaii to their headquarters . They had my ring for several months and found every excuse under the sun to not honor my warranty I had the ring under a year . The warranty department claims my ring had wear and tear on it that voids the warranty . I argued for weeks back and forth they refused to repair my ring and wanted me to pay 180.00 for a new piece of turquoise to be replaced . I received an email with a blown up picture of my ring having scratches and a knick near the missing stone that could not be seen by the naked eye . I refuse to send my hard earned money to such a dishonest company that claims to be a quality jeweler . It took them an additional month to get my ring back to me . So I now have a 1200.00 piece of shit ring sitting in my jewelry box that I can’t wear . My local jeweler can not see any reason the warranty for the stone falling out was denied it was simply average everyday wear and tear as far as they could see. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company they are crooks. My ring was a limited addition colab with some other jewelry designer which made the process even more difficult . Very...

I’m thankful I didn’t loose my gold cross. While upsetting, I had confidence in knowing what I was told when purchased, that Na Hoku has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. A gold chain breaking within a year is surely a failure of the product. These chains are a poor design with the adjustment piece is constantly pulling the chain at a 90 degree angle which causes damage. Today 07/05/25 I went in the store and explained my issue and they quickly told me this was clearly wear and tear and “It is perfectly normal for gold chains to break within a year”, and this item cannot be warrantied and will require a $100 fee for repair. If that is the case than these chains should be sold with a disclaimer that they will fail within a year. Absolute nonsense. Please go spend your money at a jewelry show that will respect their customers and honor their warranty and stand behind...
Read moreI purchased an aquamarine necklace from Na Hoku A year and a half ago the stone fell out. I was lucky enough to find it. I brought it back to Na Hoku They sent it away for repair. After getting the necklace back from being fixed not even ONE MONTH LATER the stone fell out again and is now gone ! I contacted NaHuku telling them that the stone is now gone and I want this stone replaced free of charge. They refused to replace the stone because they said the necklace had wear and tear. I had the necklace not even ONE MONTH after repair from their jewelry store and asked for an explanation of what wear and tear on the necklace was AFTER one month they never answered that question?? They said they would repair the necklace for $200 and tried to talk me down to 100 .. ?? I should not have to pay for their mistake. They sent me my pendant back with no stone in it.!! Evidently $100 is more important to them than making their customers happy and backing up their jewelry that they claimed to be the best. It is far from the best. Horrible customer service horrible jewelry beware...
