I would give this place no star's today I was shocked about how I was treated today. I went in to order food since the drive thru was full the inside had 6 people who had their orders taken so I stood and wait my turn the staff looked down and avoided eye contact to keep working on drive thru orders the staff never once said welcome I'll be with you even when they looked at me. The inside lessened I still waited even once it was two people waiting to get their food. Me and the lady behind me looked at each other I joked and was like I guess we're invisible because it's one person now waiting for their food order and yet no one has even once tried to take our order. The manager walk around looked grabbed the garbage and then went to the back to dispose of it. Me seeing this absence of how they treat there customer had me to wave my hand and ask are you taking orders and get blown off so the lady who was waiting behind me walks around ask for noodles she's pays and leaves. In the midst of that I wave again and ask staff once one decided to look up the say how can I help you I ask her where are you supposed to order because I been standing here the lady behind me walks gets her food and leave so I ask for a manager by this time the same staff member who looked me in the face never saying anything and I asked was they taking orders stii walks over and say I'm something like a manager by this time no one's waiting for their food it's been another 5mins the manager walk over I explained to her how I been waiting for 15 now 20 min to get service and about how I watched the women that was behind me get her noodles pay then leave and how it's no one in here waiting for food how her staff didn't once acknowledge me even after they saw me or anyone else standing here their they just kept making drive thru orders. Even when the manager tried to explain how the lady that was behind me walks over to get her online order I'm still perplexed by how she could callously just stand there. So I ask the manager who's more important the drive thru orders the the inside patrons or the online she says nothing. So I again ask her so I'm suppose to just order online to get faster service vs not come in to order and avoid drive thru also she looks at me and says yes and then gave me a blank expression. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional the staff the manager was. Not only did they not take accountability for everything nor try to rectify the situation she tried to insult my intelligence I know how food service works for working in the industry. Read moreNayken usually takes my big orders. Today, I placed my order through the Panda Express app. I received a confirmation email stating my order will be ready at 12:00 pm. I was there early, and as soon as I got to the drive-thru speaker, I received this text message that my order was ready to be picked up. When I told the lady in the speaker I was there to pick up. The lady told me my order was picked up 30 minutes ago. I asked under what name, and she said Anna Marie. I said, "My name is Ana Miguel. The lady said, "Well, they already picked up." I said , "Let me speak to the manager." The manager told me a third party picked up my order. I asked, what third-party? I never order through a third party. The manager said, "Grub Hub, I think."I said I was charged for food I did NOT pick up. How did these people get my information? Did someone leak my information? If so, I need to know as I paid with my business account. The manager said, park in front. I did, then about 20 minutes later the manager comes out to talk to me. I was already on the phone with their corporate office. Deana at the corporate office knows I was not exaggerating the time and the managers failure to handle the issue was ridiculous. The manager said while in the recorded call that she went through the camera and seen it was a tall skinny African man that flashed his phone with order number to her employee and they gave him my order. Obviously I am not going to waste more time, just give me my money back. The manager said they were making it. Yeah, I received room temp food. Eventhough is already reported, I don't think this is the first time this happens to a customer. I worked loss prevention and retail before. To me, this is a big red flag. Someone that works here is giving up information. The owner has not noticed because it has been small amounts but you will notice around tax season. Check your employees and managers. This makes me sick to my stomach. A lot of people are out there trying to scam hard workers and companies out of money. Read moreToday, November 18, 2021, time approximately 4: 49 pm, store #1472. This is my second visit to this facility. First time I was told what to order by my passenger, therefore I didn't know exactly what was on the menu. Made up my mind today to go to Panda Express because I liked the taste of whatever it was in that bowl, and wanted it again. However this visit was not the same as the first. I thought I was ordering a bowl again but after waiting (I agreed to wait) more than a half hour, the girl at the window (I was at the drive-thru) handed me a small bag, said thank you and I interrupted her. What is this, I said. 1. The bag was so small I thought I was being given a free sample bag because I waited for so long. 2. She never really answered my question. She not only double talked me she high-pitched mumbled the answer! I told her that she talked too fast; I could not understand what she was saying. To make a long story short, I did not get what I thought I ordered. I did not receive any help nor did I get a verbal confirmation of my order. The screen confirmation at the order speaker told me nothing. The customer service from this facility isn't up to par. It seems there isn't any training to work the area they are assigned. There is no patience or any indication of caring. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. People CHOOSE to spend their money in whatever facility THEY CHOOSE to visit and they expect to receive good to excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Otherwise they will CHOOSE to go elsewhere.
