I absolutely love the one down stairs. The girls are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I really like the manager her customer service skills are A1 she's very friendly and has been there so long she does not just know her merchandise but actually remembers her customers it's a nice feeling to shop with someone who actually takes there time to make sure you're happy and like what you purchase not just make a purchase. My 3 yo has been asking me for days to get her ears pierced and after doing much research I decided to bring her here and I’m soooooo glad I did. She’s 3 so of course she was scared but the young lady that pierced my baby ears was sooooo sweet and PATIENT it took about 48 mins from start to finish and never once did she act as if it was a bother to her.
