I decided to give this spot a shot since I was across the street and had a curiosity if it was worth the craze. The line was nuts. They had multiple employees outside assisting in keeping things in order and directing cars on which way to go. They had cones spread out and about three different ones swooping around the entire lot to circle until you retrieve your food. I debated on leaving after a few minutes, but realistically there was hardly a way out. If you decide to try this location, keep in mind, once you get in line, you’re basically stuck and almost forced to go around regardless. Long story short, make sure you’re driven to wait the full duration.
They have you order from an employee with a tablet-like screen. I didn’t know their menu, so they had to find us a paper menu since the whole layout was designed to order before you approach the traditional menu. That was rather annoying and they seemed shocked to see we didn’t know what we wanted. I’ve never tried it, so of course I needed a menu of some sort.
I ordered the Number 1, which is the chicken sandwich with waffles fries and a drink. I upgraded to a Large drink for an addition 40 cents. I also got the 12ct breaded nuggets and the 4ct chicken strips. After we ordered we were directed to another employee, who repeated our order back to us to confirm and handed us our receipt. They took awhile to let us proceed and it seemed as if this system let the other lane’s cars proceed before our lane, which was unfair.
We approached the window and they had another employee hand us our food. The chicken sandwich was great. I’d definitely order that again. The breaded chicken nuggets were alright. They weren’t anything special for the price. The chicken strips were breaded nicely and had flavor. The drink wasn’t that good.
Overall, the food was pretty good. It wasn’t worth the price and wait combined. I might come back on a different day in the future when it’s conveniently...
Read moreI can not possibly praise these employees enough. I and two others of my co-workers brought our residents there for lunch. We work at a Assisted Living center. We were greeted in the parking lot with such kindness. As we assisted our residents off the bus and up to the doors more and more staff members greeted us outside. They stayed with our residents until everyone was safely off the bus, one by one each resident was assisted inside up to the counter to place their orders. Each resident had 1 of us 3 or a chick fil a staff member at their side. They helped them with their orders getting to the tables, moving chairs for wheelchairs or pulling out chairs for those with walkers to safely be seated. The staff checked on us frequently to ensure our residents had everything they needed. When our residents had finished placing their orders and us 3 HCW went to place ours we were treated with lunch on them. The 3 of us nearly cried as none of us had been treated with such kindness before. As we finished our meal and was ready to leave all of the staff continued to help us get the residents back to the buss, holding doors open and thanking us for coming. My residents laughed, told silly jokes and had such a fabulous day. They are still talking about it. Read moreI placed three meals for my family altogether. All together we wanted 11 Chick-fil-A sauces, and one buffalo. I specified how many I wanted when I placed my order. When I got to the window I verified that I should have 11 Chick-fil-A sauces and one buffalo in the bag. The woman in the red jacket argued with me that she can’t give me more sauce . I let her know When I place my order, I asked for 11 Chick-fil-A and one buffalo she looked at the sticker and said it says six Chick-fil-A and one buffalo and I can’t give you 11 sauces. I reply you can’t give me the sauce that I asked for , she says I can’t give you more sauce, I can give you more buffalo, but I can’t give you more Chick-fil-A . at that point, I don’t understand why I can’t get the sauce that I asked for . If it was entered correctly the first time we wouldn’t be having this issue and I don’t see what the big deal about getting the correct amount of sauce is I don’t mind paying extra but I didn’t even get that choice.
