exactTIME — Local services in Ross Township

Great place for watch repair, battery replacement, removing watch band links, and purchasing quality watches at a reasonable price. They also have a pretty good selection of some fine silver and gold jewelery. They unfortunately don't sell high end watches, but they do offer some major brands such as Bulova, Seiko and others. Down side of this place is you have to go into the mall to access it, however it's close enough to the exit so it's not too bad. Worth going in to at least check out the different watches they offer and possibly find a deal on a decent...

I stopped by exactTIME to purchase a battery for my watch, and it was a complete waste of my time and gasoline ⛽️ The salesman was trying to sell me service plans for $49.99 and various prices. I was never able to get what I asked for a simple battery for my watch. A very disappointing experience. Don't waste your time going to exaxt TIME. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Why was the salesman at Exact Time Southlake Mall trying to sell me several different service plans! It was like he couldn't hear...

So tired of going to this place with my teen boys and each time we go one of the two bald guys wants to upsell or try to con them into something more. How about just be kind to the customer. Be happy that teens are still coming to your shop to buy a watch or have a battery replaced. I can't be in there for longer than I have to be and listen to the manipulation. No!
