Update received the couch. It’s awful -terrible quality.
Lumpy and thin material …. A stain on the cushion the piping that’s going around it is not adhering completely so it’s peeling off. The material on the arm of the couch is so thin it’s pulling apart.
As someone who has been a sales/manager professional in SMB and Retail for over 20 years. I had to review my experience with C&B Ross Park Mall. It was not like anything, I expected.

My experience with her- she was always annoyed. Going into the process we requested Green guard certified swatches and couches. None of which she knew and had to look up. Not a big deal per se- it was kind of surprising for a manager. But, I didn't care. At the end of the day all I care about is getting the facts and knowing what I'm getting into.
we were in the store (around 3-4 times). (I went in alone, my wife came once and my best friend came at a different time)
Mostly just sitting on the couches. It was important to get the right level of comfort. But when we did ask questions about fabric etc. Teri was always short and annoyed. (This was noticed by all three of us). She didn’t try to hide it. Because I came into the store a 3rd time. She actually rolled her eyes at me and made a remark about my personality -that was very snarky and cutting. I brushed it off because of the awkwardness with my best friend there and this sales lady being derogatory towards me. ( I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s homophobic, if I’m being honest).
When you're making a big purchase. I don't think anyone should ever be rushed or have someone that doesn’t do their due diligence as your rep.
So much more happened past ordering. It involves being lied to and being brushed off by all management and customer service, retention department, district manager- No one willing to help.
They will leave a number attached to this review to call. It’s just customer service. No one is actually going to look into it.
I wouldn't recommend doing business with this store.

Read moreThis review is mainly for Miss Felicia K who is a C&B store associate at the Ross Park PA location, store #656. Felicia was exceptional in every possible way! I have had bad experiences with the customer service at the store in Lyndhurst, Ohio, and decided to call a location in another state nearby. I explained my past experiences with C&B, and Felicia was not only compassionate and understanding, but patient and kind. She treated me exactly as a customer should be treated.
I called the Ross Park store to inquire as to whether or not I could have them pull an in stock store item from their shelf, ensure it was in new and excellent condition, for me and have it shipped directly to my home. Felicia didn't hesitate to help me. She was an absolute gem! I adore her fun personality. She worked with me over the phone to get my order in and I just received it today! The faux fur throw I ordered is indeed in perfect condition, and I can tell that my order was treated with care.
From now on, I will call the Ross Park location and ask for Miss Felicia K to help me again with products and future orders, because Felicia went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my experience through her with C&B.

Read moreC&B is unable to deliver this table, so... it is not usable as a desk or a dining table. Much as we would like to try... We bought this table from the local store, 3 miles away. The delivery folks said the glass is too heavy for then to deliver. After we paid and scheduled it. The store then said they can use different delivery company and scheduled it again. That company then called and said they could not deliver it because it was not in the warehouse... Right, it was the floor model 3 miles away! So they schedule it again, we stay home all day Saturday waiting. Call the store, they say it was picked up already and should be here soon... Nothing. End of the day Saturday we find out that the table was picked up and taken to thier warehouse in Ohio. We live in Pittsburgh and again the store is 3 miles away!! Now it's going to be another 13 days later for the 4th try. No one takes ownership or has a concern for the...
