Started off as a nice experience. (They ask you to go rate them 5 stars as you’re waiting for your purchase). Bracelet was fitted and sent out for repair. When we got it back it did not fit as the person who sized the wrist was incorrect. Upon returning the bracelet to get fitted again, there was a charge. Such a major inconvenience. New staff need to be trained properly!!! Accountability for inconvenience should have been taken. EDIT: Just took the bracelet to be fitted somewhere else and it turns it was NEVER adjusted from the start. So they wanted to charge me for something that never initially got done. I’m sure my bracelet sat in a drawer until I picked it up. With No alterations or sizing done. They tell you the first alteration is free, then they don’t alter it. So when you pick up your purchase and it’s Not sized, they try to charge you. The lady literally told me it had it had been fitted correctly. He BRAGGED about the quality of it for the lower price and we trusted that but we shouldn’t have. The sizing was wrong even after we told him what size she was and then after not even a full day of consistent wear one of the stones came out. I’ve gotten jewelry from vending machines with more hold. Then we went back and he said fixing it next time would be a charge. After my girlfriend sent a negative review due to his poor product and customer service he continued to be unprofessional in his reply to it. Read moreThese five stars go to Rose the sales woman. She was excellent. Friendly, and very pleasant. She is who got me to buy because I was unsure because of Anna the othe sales woman.. She just was really forceful and unpleasant. My wife and I was going to walk away until Rose came and made us feel much better. So our overall experience was ok because of Rose. I feel as though I got what I paid for. At the time of pickup I actually met Kumar himself, and he seemed to be a pleasant gentleman. But also a salesman, if you know what I mean.
