Tecovas — Local services in Ross Township

I bought a pair of Cartwright Craft Saddle Python boots from the website. (My second pair of Tecovas boots.) I wore them the day I received them and noticed that the python skin started to peel up around the toes on both boots. It did not lay flat like the rest of the book. I called this to the attention of the warranty department, and they denied my request to return them without an explanation. I called a store to see if they could help me. I received an email telling me again that my request to return them was denied and that I had to condition the boots monthly to keep the skin from peeling. That would have good to know before I bought them. I asked why they were peeling the day I got them, but I did not get a response. DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS. If I could give them 0 stars I would bought a pair of their working boots and had the stitching pop after 1 day of use then I was told I could get store credit dropped the boots off at fedex then went to the store only to be told they cant do it so a waste of my time and money and now I am out a pair of boots because of lack of communication and craftsmanship in the boots themselves.
