I come in every few weeks to update my wardrobe, I spend a lot of money here and staff is familiar with me. Today I came in with my children and husband (as usual) my son has a neurological medical condition, my husband left with my other child to get my son something to drink to hopefully help him, and he heard my son crying and rushed back because itās a indicator that something is wrong and things are about to escalate quickly. The staff member that kicked my husband out rushed over to the entrance to my husband and told him he canāt come in an out of the store and that he needs to leave. My son was having a medical issue not enough to be a medical emergency but it was a medical issue to the point where it needed attention and we both need to attend to him before he is a threat to himself. So I did as any mother would and focus my attention on my sonās needs and get to my husband. Arguing with staff wasnāt my priority but to get my son to his dad. I quickly gave my merchandise to another staff member and she got offended that i told her I will no longer be shopping here and she proceeded to tell me āthis isnāt necessary you can continue shoppingā. The staff member that kicked my husband out rushed over with an attitude about the situation telling me thatās not what she said but I heard her clear as day. And I made sure what I heard was correct because I asked my husband for confirmation. Safe to say Iāll be filing a formal complaint, as well as a discrimination complaint also with stopping medical attention to a minor. Iāll be contacting an attorney about this situation. And Iāll be shopping at a different location from now on where we are welcomed as paying customers. Our dignity and respect was stripped from us and Iām taking it personal that the 2 staff members discriminated us. Apparently I canāt let my son have his right to quality of life at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreZero stars! On Saturday 9/13 my two daughters, aged 18 and 9, had a truly upsetting experience at this Victoria's Secret location. They were followed and watched throughout the store by the manager, a man named Bernardo. They felt incredibly uncomfortable and even scared, and as a result, they couldn't shop freely. āThis behavior made them feel targeted and anxious. My daughters are Latin, and it was particularly frustrating to see their Caucasian friends walk into the same store and be immediately greeted and left alone to shop without being followed. This blatant difference in treatment is unacceptable. āThe experience was so distressing for them that they rushed to check out and my eldest daughter immediately told me to cancel my Victoria's Secret credit card. We will no longer be shopping at Victoria's Secret or PINK. The manager's behavior was completely unprofessional and made what should have been a fun shopping trip a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience. Maybe Bernardo never met young girls that can afford anything in the store as they are their own boss at such young age. Beyond this unacceptable incident, I've become increasingly disappointed with the brand as a whole. The quality of the material has gone down significantly over the years, while the prices have only continued to increase. It's clear that the brand is no longer focused on providing a quality product or a positive customer experience. I will no longer be shopping at Victoria's Secret or PINK and would not recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's not that I hated this place, but I had a really bad & upsetting experience for something simple. I had a transaction come weeks ago where the saleslady excluded one of my purchases. So I called on the same day and notified the guy, who said he was so called "manager" . He apologized, etc.. And said to make. up for it, he'll send me the missing purchase and even include a couple more. About 2 weeks had past, and nothing was received in the mail. So I called again and a woman answered this time and apology was said again. She said she's also a "manager" and will put aside the missing item, will put aside a little put together bag thing for me for the inconvenience , & sent an email out to notify staff (Because this time, I said) I'll just drive out there & pick it up myself.
By the time I arrived at the store, I stood in line patiently and told one of the saleslady who approached me of the reason I was there . She then said there was no note nor anything put aside. I was then told to just walk over to the area to get that (1) missing item & go back in the long line to purchase it. Once by the register, the person who knew my situation didn't even ring me up nor told the person who actually rang me up that the item was for free.
So, overall, this store led me to (2) failed commitments And just how many "MANAGERS" are there...
