The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Rossford

I spend roughly about $250 a month at this store but today I was a bit busy with work so my mother who had nothing better to do volunteered to go as she needed some items herself. Normally the female managers there are super knowledgeable and helpful, today they weren’t there. There was a guy working by himself and he was beyond bothered to be at work. He was extremely rude to my 65 year old mother who bought about $170 worth of items. He didn’t know about the products she asked for, he was rude to the other customers in the store and spent more time playing on his phone than he did helping customers. It really makes me somewhat upset because I go out of my way to visit this location rather than on Monroe street because the staff usually holds themselves to a higher standard. I may reassess if I still give this place my business in the future....

Stopped by at 6:45pm to pick up some protein powder. On a google search it showed the store was open till 8:30. The sign on the store's window also showed that in addition to shopping inside, the store's curbside pickup was available from 10am-8:30pm. There was a staff member in the store however the door was locked and he completely ignored my self and another customer that came to the door a couple minutes later. Tried calling the store while the guy was standing at the front desk and he ignored the call as well. Horrible...

I wanted to rewrite my review. It seemed like I was a big bother today. I wanted the salesman to call Perrysburg to see if maybe they had vanilla level protein, he eye rolled like it was a big bother. I said never mind I just want to refund the chocolate because I'm not a fan. From now on I'm going to Perrysburg Vitamin Shoppe. They have the product then that I wanted, and I'm not treated as a bother! And I live one minute away from Monroe Street but I will never be back again. Whoever was working today this morning, horrible...
