I donât often feel compelled to leave reviews unless itâs really positive or really negative and I absolutely had to leave a review and recognize Audrey back in Amazon returns. Itâs hard to find good part-time people and she really seems to enjoy her job and is amazing with people.
There is an older woman who was a bit slow and trying to figure out the process and Audrey was extremely patient with her. When she went to grab her purse to leave it took her a second and she apologized for being slow to which Audrey reassured her and told her to take her time and was extremely compassionate. She explained the receipt and confirmation process as well as the Kohlâs cash credit.
After the older woman, the mom with the toddler walked up and she asked if the toddler wanted a sticker and drew her a pumpkin outline for the little girl to color and stick somewhere when she got home, she was very excited about this but shy. After checking in the returned item she asked the young girl if she wanted to hold the receipt for her mom and of course she did.
The next mother and teenage daughter walked up and she jokingly asked if the daughter wanted to stick her as well and specified she doesnât want anyone to feel left out. It was super sweet.
On my way out and made sure to stop and let the cashier know and a manager was nearby who the cashier also looped in. Everyone I encountered was extremely nice and the manager also let me know that Audrey was recently selected for employee of the month or something to that effect and recognized for her efforts. Good day we want to let you know that Jacqueline is a very good person. My wife and I came in to use our Kohl's Cash and a 40% off coupon. I first went up to ask if what my mother got in the mail is related to what I got in the email. Next, my wife found a pair of Under Armour shoes she wanted to get. She went to ask Jacqueline if the coupon could be applied, because we didn't understand what premium footwear meant. Jacqueline was very helpful in explaining what items are not valid. Last, we found some three pairs sleep pants labeled character ltd. We went back up to ask Jacqueline if these items were valid for the coupon. She scanned all the items and let us know we were good. Then, she asked if we were ready to check out. We were so excited I forgot to type in our phone number for the rewards points. She saw that I was about to swipe my card and immediately stopped me to ask if I was a rewards member. My wife made a joke about me using my blood money to pay (plasma donation). We had a good laugh about that as well. The whole time she was so polite and happy help us. Both my wife and I wiring in the customer service industry for more than 50 years combined know how to spot good customer service, and this was beyond good customer service. This was not her just doing her job. This was her being a happy/good person, because it's her character. Anybody would benefit from being in her presence.

   Read moreA few years back a Hispanic woman around 60 years old gave us problems when trying to exchange a tshirt to a larger size after Christmas, she was pretty nasty and looked like she was not open to help us (we couldn't find the originalreceipt but th3 next day we found it). 2023 we ordered a men watch and arrived not working, this watch original price is at $250 but my wife got it for me at $125. We brought it to the store to see what options we had but the same lady was there, and again with that attute and the only option she gave us is to do a "return" and to purchase it again online, lol after I told her that we bought the watch before Christmas at $125 and now is at $250 regular price. She told me "that's what I'm saying, do the return and order it again" me: what??? I asked her if we do the return can you order it for us at the same price? She said "do we have at the store? If we do you just bring it here and we can the an equal exchange". I told that "I dont think you carry these expensive watches in store, do you?" She said: I don't know you need to go and check". I can't believe that a person with so many years of experience and working as a customer service. How? Maybe a lot of other loyal customers don't ever complain about her or write a review on their website about her attitude and the her willing for not to help us (the customer that we spend our money every year at this wonderful store).
