I’ve come to Stan’s on and off for sometime now and I have now decided to never come back again. The following events transpired on September 16 in between the hours of three and 4:45 AM.
I called before making the trip over from LA asking if you had any maximum impact in stock because right now it’s impossible to find anywhere. The guy on the phone didn’t know what it was, and rudely suggested there are other adult shops in the LA area, and then said you can come in and look. That literally defeats the purpose of me calling beforehand to ask if they had it so that I could save myself a trip in case they did not, but since he didn’t know what it was, I made the trip over anyway. He also hung up on me while I was mid-sentence.
When I arrived, I spoke to the employee that had hung up on me, and I came to realize that they in fact did not have any maximum impact in stock. Because I had made the trip over already, I decided to pay for a private booth and preview a film. When I got in, the movie was stuck on the menu screen. I went back out to let him know that the movie was in fact not playing as he had stated. I had to come back to him to let him know the movie was not playing three times.
While I was in my booth, someone tried entering my booth claiming that that booth was theirs. I, of course, found this very confusing and an immediate turn off. I had paid to preview a movie and now no longer wanted to do so because of this interruption. The person that had tried coming into my booth was walking back-and-forth amongst the private booths.
When the employee saw this person walking back-and-forth, he told them that their room was room one. That’s the room that he had assigned to me. I then told him, “room one is my room. That’s the room that you gave me.” The employee couldn’t be bothered over the fact that he clearly made a mistake in assigning booths to people because he put another person in the room that I was already in and doubled down on telling her that that was her room.
For some reason, I was still trying to hold some grace for this employee and was determined to not let this night end in disappointment. I began to look at the male masturbation toys and saw a really cool toy that’s called the fuck flask. Super discreet. I was completely prepared to purchase this toy, until I realized that I had to budget and handle my finances responsibly, which led to me deciding that I couldn’t afford to get this toy after all. This employee said “come on, dude, you’re wasting my time.” I’ve worked in retail before so I understand that workers can come across some rather unpleasant customers, but I am not one of those people. I’ve treated this guy with nothing but respect and I keep getting hit with rude and appalling behavior.

Read moreHad a horrible experience here with the night staff this past Saturday. Have been trying to reach an actual manager since but no luck. Not sure who to file a complaint with because they would not give their names. I enjoyed my first hour. A young lady came to check tickets and mine had just expired. I go to the counter to renew but the price is now $22 not the initial $15 I paid. I inquired about it and apparently hadn't been charged for one side on my first hour. Cool, I go to hand the clerk my card and he instead tells me to have a nice night?? I was very confused and at first thought it was a joke so I asked if he was serious. His response is yes I am refusing your service you need to leave now. Never once looking me in the face. So I ask what his name is and he tells me he doesn't have to tell me his name. Then I ask for the managers name and he said he is the manager. Before I could say anything else the young lady working with him tells me I'm making it worse and to get out. She also said that she would not let me in on her shift. Again, why all of that happened I'm completely dumbfounded. I drove over an hour to this place, and to be treated that nasty by staff with no explanation was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had anywhere. If a manager sees this, please work with your night staff. I didn't cause problems for anyone. Only inquired about the price discrepancy and that was enough to be refused service. Not everyone lives in that area and it was personally only my 2nd time there.

And the prices are actually really affordable, i won’t go against their policy and so I am not going to write how much it is to get in.. it’s way less than I thought it would be. Definitely way less than I hear other spots are charging people.. the employee was very cool. Don’t remember the name but really great vibe and I don’t like most people. Anyways the setup of the place is cool. Over all I like this place. It’s a good place. the only negative aspect about my experience at Stan’s, also the actual reason why I left so soon.. : there was way too many dudes walking in on me my booth, I tell em (respectfully)I’m not into dudes , they leave, .. it continues to happen , I leave my booth and take a look around.
