I just let Kure CBD and Vape and as always the service provided by Mary B was awesome. No one seems to take the time to acknowledge fantastic service. I chose to let you know. Mary is always there when I need something. She is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She is a big reason why I won’t go anywhere to buy what I need. Stopped in the Ashland location and had the best experience possible. The manager and his new employee, Matthew, were awesome! They answered every question I had in full detail. Helped me decide on the best vape for me, helped me pick the best juice for my tastebuds. They even offered to let me try several different juices before I made my final decision. I love this place but there is one employee , his name is Dallas. He was very rude, I felt rushed, he didn’t even give me what I asked for, almost every time I deal with him he gets something wrong.
