Store is nice, friendly staff but apparently the company has gone green, which is great, but we are being charged for the bags at checkout! The staff does not make you aware of the cost for the bag they just add it on without your knowledge. I think they should give customers the option and make them aware of the cost before hand. The way they are doing it is kinda shady. Even though the cost is low, it's an ethical issue! Don't charge for something that customers did not opt to buy. Sallys went green and we are paying...

I go only to buy a couple of things; nail polish and hair color. I like shopping for both things and know I can get exactly what I want here and get out fast.
