Tri-state vinyl and supplies — Local services in Russell

I started out with a five-star review for this place. My review has since changed. I've been using this company for a few months now driving over an hour to pick up my prints that I place a week in advance and paying for them upon arrival. I have never not picked up any prints that I've ordered. I get an email this week saying they are now going to invoice me before I pick up my prints. I inform them that I always pay in cash as it is my church ministry that I make shirts for with these prints. I am invoiced anyway. I will no longer be using this company. I found a cheaper one online where you can design your own gang sheets for a lot less with just as good quality.... I've always liked supporting local businesses but this time unprofessionalism just...
