New update: I can’t brag enough about the employees in this store!!! Every time I contact them, either by phone or in person I have a great experience!!! Michael is who I talk to most often…I can call him, tell him what I want and he finds it for me!!! My latest purchase was a 55” tv and a console to put it on. I just told Michael what I was looking for and he found the perfect one for me!!! He is great!!! When the delivery day came, Dean and Steven were on time and quickly set me up, explained the basics of the tv, made sure it was connected to the WiFi!!! These wonderful gentlemen have brought deliveries to me several times and they are always friendly and make sure my items are where I want them and always make sure things are plugged in, tested, and that I am happy!!! Great store and even better employees!!!

Updated Stephen and dean came to my house to fix my recliner. They were super fast and very professional. I need a new part and they will order it for me and replace it. They told me not to hesitate to call them back if I need it fixed before the new part comes in. I needed to call the store because I forgot deans name and Amanda was very helpful to give me the information. I deal with Amanda a lot both by phone and in person and she has always been very friendly and very helpful. Update: Steven came to my house to collect the recliner and the temp he gave me is really nice!!! He was very kind and polite. Amanda was amazing to set up the appointment. Every time I step foot into this Russell store they’re always putting up new things to let customers know what all they have and they always always greet you and ask you how you’re doing and then what can I help you with you know and it never fails Lindsey and Amanda are the two best and nice women that you will meet there at the Russell store Just for instance today I came in and Lindsey I talked to her for about 30 minutes about the necklace and a few other things and And she was just there to help me she didn’t care what it was and I ended up walking out of there with an oculus so I love the Russell store and I will continue to be a customer there for years to come.
