Had no problems dealing with this place besides certain sketchy dealings, but this place treated me somewhat fair until a manager that simply had it out for me became a higher up in the store (she probably related to the owner somehow) This place literally won't put their real location up because they are afraid of reprecussions. You go to bbb's website and it lists only a closed down locationš Gee I wonder why? They did ok business even though their business model is sketchy, it was/can be a place of oppurtunity. Until it was over ran by a person who took her prejudice beliefs to work, and actually lies on customers without proof for her lies to sabotage your business dealings with the store. Great business model, to use prejudice to judge your items because hey it doesn't effect their paycheck right? If they ran on commission I have an idea they wouldn't dare do business in this manner. They also refused to give me the name of said person to protect her from a potential lawsuit. My beef isn't with their sketchy business model it's that they got the wrong people running the business. They are EXTREMELY prejudice (or should I say she?) they force the employees to reinforce the prejudice if they want to keep their job. If I was made of money there would be no opportunity to review because they would be too busy paying me in court for slander. Even the employees have no issue until the manager comes in and asserts her power to feel powerful. People like that should never ever be put in a position of power, ever. Also what kind of 'company' only has personal phone numbers on higher-ups in the company to resolve these kind of issues? I'll tell you what kind of 'store' does this, one who treats customers unfairly and doesn't want any reprecussions for it. Places like this either need to be shut down or completely have the management replaced. What's even more funny is ever since they stopped dealing with me I see nothing of value in there like that. So obviously I must not be the only one who...

I have bought some cute pieces here mostly from the men's sections although got lucky with a pair of jeans. The problem is they have a single small rack of "plus size women's" clothes, that is mostly used for people to hide their finds until later. I didn't understand why this rack hardly got anything new added to it even after weeks/months have gone by-UNTIL I tried to sell some of my clothes- which was all different types of clothing men's/women's/vintage/business/etc. Did the drop off, came the next day for the "payout" and was told they didn't take anything and just "noted the style." There were many styles..and accessories so I was confused but that was all the info I got. Got home, open the bag- they didn't take anything out, just rifled through the top 3-4 articles and that's it. Everything was still folded and in the same order I put it in the bag, nothing moved around, or fully unfolded. So I guess that's why the "plus size" rack never changes or gets more clothing. Honestly I'm not angry or bitter just disappointed...the vibe seemed chill and trendy and welcoming- better than a lot of stores- but once again when it gets down to fashion for plus size people, we just get the "shame" corner in the back with the same 20 pieces and maybe men's clothes if our bodies/style allow it. I just wish they actually thought plus size people would like to dress/feel/shop that way too, secondhand/thrift is wonderful for plus size and GNC people, so if you want my advice for a more inclusive range, go 2 blocks up the street to the Goodwill. Plus its 50% cheaper, so you can get more because they regularly update/change/sell clothing for all people there. Just- do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first experience selling, I did my homework from their website,(stating summer clothing accepted) walked in, noticed an assortment of I guessed were employees uninterested in my inquiry to how I begin. I was given some instruction, sign in, (time was around 2ish) then after some gibblish, I was told a wait time of two hours. Ok, I thought I could check the purchase options, especially after learning how my items must be in perfect, clean, not dated conditions, I could spend the time getting some great buys . After a good time going thru the store, not impressed, I asked to use the restroom, Response was... I had to find one out of the store. I left to do other errands, returned around 7ish, only to be told one item was purchased, I could receive 13.00 cash or 22.00 credit. I received my selling items back, all in perfect order, not touched, buyers did not have time or care to tell me they ran out of energy and time to give my items chance to sell. I wasted so much time making sure my items were clean , pressed, name brands,(brands and condition far better than what I observed) only to be disappointed and the associate was so lacking of professionalism, I know it's a thrift store but they could show some kind of representation, empathy, they just don't care, like she said, she did her best. I do not really blame her , It is the owners, management's responsibility. I will not be doing business with any freestyle clothing exchange. They need to focus on better customer service. O and their selection is way over priced and in...
