4 of us went for lunch buffet at this place. And I should say it was one of the worst buffets I have had. They are charging $20 per person but just have few little options. They had 4 non-veg options in buffet(appetizer + entree), tandoori chicken, chicken vindaalo, butter chicken and fish pakora. We went around 2 pm and all these trays were empty or left with residuals. We waited for some time, didn’t saw anyone refilling the trays and went to the guy in the counter asking what we are supposed to eat. Then he said it’s being worked on and went back to the kitchen and started making the refills. He refilled 3 of them and still didn’t refill the Tandoori chicken tray.
I lost appetite while waiting and got tired the treatment, I gave up going back asking again for refills. I am not mentioning anything about other food options as there is nothing to say about them. They had gulab jamun as dessert which was ice cold. I think they just poured it from fridge or something.
I would never recommend this place for buffet. It’s nowhere worth what you’re paying for.
@management - anyways you’re charging a premium price on the buffet for such few options, at least serve the food. I am not even commenting about taste, at least serve food so that people can eat something. Otherwise stop your buffet at 2 pm if you don’t want to refill the trays, rather than asking people to take whatever is left on them paying such prices. So...
Read moreCame here for the Indian lunch buffet. . The buffet had a nice selection of vegeterian options. Such as veggie korma, saag, chick pea curry, lentil curry, fried veggie pakora, salad bar. . For the meat options, butter chicken, curry chicken, and tandoori grilled chicken. . Saag was good. It had a nice consistent sauce and it had a nice mild flavor. . Veggie korma - creamy and flavorful. It was like my to go to dip even over the butter and curry chicken sauce. I'm a meat eater so it says the sauce was bussing for a veggie option. . Tandoori chicken - thick marination with the masala which us red. It was a little on the salter side. But the chicken drum stick was grilled to perfection. . Salad- it was mixed already. But without the dressing so you can add your own dressing. . Garlic nann- I don't usually eat nann much but this was pleasing to the eyes and camera. It was actually really fresh and good. Like authentic. . Overall it's a hole in the wall type of Indian food lunch buffet. I believe they serve dinner buffet as well when I kind of looked at the sign. The buffet was 20 bucks per person. It was an experience for lunch buffet. I would come back again. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading. Follow me for more and rate the review. Have a...
Read moreI visited this restaurant expecting a nice experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. When we arrived, the restaurant was quiet and dull with no one there, which set an odd tone. I ordered a dish that, as someone not very familiar with Indian cuisine, I hoped would be a good introduction. The garlic pan bread was the only thing that stood out and made the dish tolerable. The real issue came when it was time to pay. The server handed me the bill and then showed me my change while keeping the black checkbook open in my face. It felt uncomfortable and invasive, especially when she stood there watching me like I was supposed to do something more. It got worse when I left a cash tip—she counted it and then just stood in my way, making the entire situation feel like pressure for more money. The entire environment felt awkward and the service was far from friendly or welcoming. I really regret visiting this place, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want a dull dining experience with...
