After trying on wedding dresses for my wedding, I was determined to focus on becoming a better version of myself and wanted to focus on developing a healthier lifestyle. During this journey is when I came across Shannon and hired her for personal training. I couldn’t be more thankful that the universe connected me with her! Shannon helped me achieve the goals I wanted for my wedding. She held me accountable by checking in with my eating and ensuring I was getting enough of the appropriate macros to achieve my goals. Read moreI started with Shannon when I was about 5 months postpartum. I am now 9 months postpartum and have never felt better. I started with Shannon not to lose weight but to gain muscle and definition and that’s what I’ve seen thus far. Shannon has been able to help me reach a higher level of confidence in the gym. She allows me to push myself in a safe manner. Every workout is carefully thought out. I love how accommodating she is to my hectic schedule as a full time working mom. She has even allowed me to bring my baby to my workouts when I didn’t have anyone to watch him. She listens to my body goals and definitely helps me to further reach those goals. I honestly never thought my body could look so good. I’ve had a baby and feel like my body is better than ever. I finally can see the sides of my abs and have a little butt growing too. Read moreI have used Shannon as my personal trainer for 5 sessions now and she has been nothing short of amazing. She has a very positive attitude and wants to see her clients excel. She sets up different routines everyday based on whatever you are trying to work on and will definitely push you if that’s what you are looking for. She has given me some of the most intense and satisfying workouts I’ve ever had in my life. She is very nice and understands how to get the most out of people while working out. She is also very experienced and and has taught me many workout routines I didn’t know existed. I didn’t have much experience working out on this level so I was nervous of performing the workouts incorrectly but she is very patient and understanding and makes sure you’re movements and motions are correct so you don’t hurt yourself.
