We came to the Pinkberry on Truxel Rd not long before closing, but the staff was still super friendly and welcoming. My daughter got one flavor with three toppings, and it ended up being almost $9, which felt a bit pricey for the size. But the place was very clean, and the service was great. Overall, a nice treat.

We went this past Saturday, I believe they had their grand opening earlier that day. The space was clean and decorated with balloons. The staff was friendly and we were greeted with a smile. All of the toppings looked fresh and orderly. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will be returning!

If you're craving Pinkberry, make the trip to the Arden location near the mall. Here’s why you should skip this place:

No Happy Hour Deals: Unlike the Arden location, this place doesn't offer the "Buy one, get a small one" deal. Stingy Toppings: They are extremely frugal with the toppings, leaving your yogurt looking sparse. Inferior Yogurt Quality: The yogurt here just doesn't taste as good. Tip Pressure: The staff tends to guilt-trip customers into leaving a tip. Poor Value: Overall, you end up paying more for a less satisfying experience.

Save your time and money by visiting the Arden Pinkberry for a much better experience. Or wait another day when...
