I stopped into Philipson’s because they came highly recommended by several of my friends who had custom pieces made. I spoke to Payton and Taylor and they were both wonderful in answering all of my questions and in helping me create my own piece of jewelry. I’m so excited to have my own custom ring made exactly to what I have envisioned. I love that they don’t source everything out. Jewelry is created right on site. The store is absolutely gorgeous with so many unique pieces. My wish list is now never ending. This is a great place to find something unique and for that special gift. Although they have high end luxury jewelry, the price point is very reasonable for the quality. I’m very impressed. Mike and Lynn have also helped me with jewelry repair, cleaning and advising. I never feel pressured or rushed here. They are always very welcoming when I come in, even if I’m just looking. I have in the past purchased from big box stores or online but I have to say, having VIP treatment and one on one design service is absolutely incredible. Everyone who I’ve had the pleasure of working with absolutely loves what they do and it shows through the effort they put into every interaction. I started with a very custom and particular dimensioned engagement ring i wanted for my now wife, and through weeks of sourcing and multiple in store visits, we were able to find the perfect engagement ring. After the engagement we came back for our wedding bands and where again the staff’s passion helped make our dream wedding bands a reality. My wife found the perfect match for her engagement ring, and i was told the sky was the limit for my ring and boy did they help make it a reality. From custom sourcing of an authentic 1715 fleet wreck coin, to helping brain storm how to turn the coin into a ring, we were able to get the coolest custom made wedding band of all time. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone at Philipson’s who have helped in the process and I cannot recommend them enough. I will literally travel to give them my business because they are that good....
