We've been coming to this location for years. Usually things are organized, but tonight was just absolutely abysmal. My Wife placed an online order at 557pm to be ready at 615pm. I arrive from Tucson at 611pm, wait in line and ask the girl to the left register about the order. She says they are making, and I'm like ok no problem it isn't ready until 615pm. "Do I wait here, or over there?" "We will call you." A gentleman that arrives after me places his order, and we are both waiting. He receives his in person order at 627pm before mine. After seeing this I go up to the register and ask about it. Mind you there are several associates standing waiting to run orders out, and who I would assume are Managers, or leaders walking past me several times not even checking in. After I go up to the register at 627 the food is magically ready. I get in the car and it is all cold. My gripe is, we placed our order online diligently to make things easier, and I totally understand it's busy, but there is no clear direction for pick up orders, for who's next in line, or anything. Then to top it off our food is stone cold, people coming in after me placing orders, and receiving them before ours. I looked at the ticket on the receipt from the bag and it shows 609pm, so I wasn't sure what that was about. This place is a well oiled machine when it isn't busy, but the moment that happens there's absolutely no direction, and it seems in person orders are prioritized first. Then all I get is a half-hearted "sorry about that". Won't be coming...

I ordered a sourdough burger… 😳 Wow! ….soggy bread with a VERY, VERY thin and tiny piece of ground beef in the middle. (Lots of bread left over all around the “tiny beef”.) The onions, I think, were supposed to be sautéed/grilled/??? Anyway, they Were slopped all on one side and had an odd taste to them. 🤢 We scraped them off!
I’m not one for fast food and as gross as most places have become over the past several decades, it always amazes me how low people’s standards are these days for food quality and how little their taste buds react to bad food now. I will say… at least Culver’s “looks” like they use REAL ground beef, so I will give them that… but looking at the burger I was reminded of the commercial about Wendy’s …..decades ago… “Where’s the beef?” 😂 I found this place WAY overpriced for the food we rec’d. Nobody even ate the fries… they were terribly undercooked and gooey/gushy….. It was seriously rare for me to even eat out…. But you can bet it will be a very long time before I eat fast food again! I can buy fresh, grass fed/grass finished beef from a local farmer as well as organic veggies and fruits for a good price, and cook up a healthy, well balanced feast at home. Doesn’t take long, and it’s well...
Read moreI grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Az 20+ years ago and was happy that Culver’s had moved to Az in Phoenix then Tucson and now here in my home town of 18 years Sahuarita/ Green Valley. Last year I was diagnosed with Asthma cause by a wheat/gluten allergy and when you guys started to offer Glutne free buns and fries I was excited to hear such a thing as I could have the beloved Wisconsin butter burgers again. I have visited the local Culver’s since you started the offer but today I left very disappointed when the employee at the drive through told me they didn’t offer gluten free fries. I told her we had just gotten them a few days prior and her response was that it was her first time she had ever heard of someone asking for gluten free. It states in The Culver’s official website that they have a special fryer to offer gluten free items. It upsets me that you have removed the option for us Wheat/Gluten allergy customers have given one more place that we can’t go for a great burger especially one that I grew up with and loved...
