OMG, you won’t believe this! I’m absolutely “thrilled” (total sarcasm here) that our local county decided to splurge OUR taxpayer dollars on a shiny new third-party parking enforcement vehicle. And where do they park this bad boy? Right smack at the exit of the parking lot, like they’re just begging for complaints!
