Our trip to Castillo de San Marcos on St. Augustine’s January 5th was a vibe! 🏰 It was a chill day out, perfect for capturing those aesthetic fort pics. Opted for the free tour, strolling the fort’s exterior, snagging some dope shots with the Mrs. Pro tip: Invest in a self-standing tripod selfie stick for solo pic game – no need to rely on others!
Considering a fee for the fort’s interior next time, but this round was all about those outside vibes – nature, boats, greenery, and a touch of hustle and bustle. Pics turned out fire, especially early in the morning when the world’s still catching z’s. Make sure you walk around the outside, too. There's some really interesting things out there, too. I gave it a 4 because it is a very small fort, and the cost might be a thing for some. If you're a Vet or Disabled, you can get a free pass for all NPs. Some libraries have free passes you can check out, but I'm not sure if you can check it out in one state and take it to other states.
