Just got out of the store, and what a bad experience. I was ready to pay for two dresses and the lady on the register did not allowed me to pay. The excuse was that she was close already, yet other customers were there in the store ready to pay as well, and she was very nice to them, but to me.... I can't believe that she will denied me from buying. Is she thinks we are still living in the 1950’s that you were not allowed people from other nationalities or race to buy from the same store?
As I a leaving the store, I gave the two dresses to a lady, and explained what happened, and she had a shocked face. Then I asked a guy that was opening and closing the front door if the manager was there so I could talk to them as he answered the store was privately own. I explained what happened and he basically closed the door in my face and said that he will tell his manager. I am a local resident of St. Augustine, and this was my fist time visiting this store and it will be my last time. I believe in Karma, so the same level of disrespect I received today from your employees, you will get it in return. I will make sure to share my experience with each of my clients, family members and friends.

Read moreSometimes you should NOT SHOP LOCAL. I guess they never intend for items to be returned/ exchanged- even if you have been shopping Gypsy Moon FOR YEARS. Below is a review from someone else with the same experience, except they let this customer make an exchange- which they did not for me. The two ladies there today were exactly as this person described with personality issues & regard to customer service.

Terrible customer service & return policy was not stated on receipt. Receipt from yesterday does NOT say"no refunds". Today, told by manager that there are no refunds...only exchanges. Exchanged for soap & new receipt from today reads "no refunds".

Read moreThe customer service was great, and I was really excited about the piece I got for my grandma. It was a beautiful painted cross and I knew she would love it. I packed it up really nice and put a wooden board on the back to make sure it wouldn’t break. I unpacked it this morning to see that it was cracked. No biggie, until I realized that it had already been cracked when I bought it and either the store or the painter had superglued it together. There is excess superglue over the paint and on the back that I didn’t notice until now. It’s just unfortunate that I paid full price for an already broken piece that someone attempted...
