Sunburst Crystal — Local services in Saint Augustine

I had the worst costumer service ever here! For someone like myself who loves crystals, when I saw this shop I was excited to explore it as were my kids!! From the very beginning she seemed very agitated that we were in there! Didn’t great us and said only 4 kids and 1 adult allowed at a time!! She treated the people before me with so much respect, kindness and kept thanking them over and over, once it was my turn to be rung up, she didn’t engage with me in the same manner! She didn’t hand me my items or receipt in my hands instead she slapped them on the counter, never told me thank you and said she now had to go clean up the mess my kids made (which there was no mess to begin with) mind you this shack is 2 feet wide! It’s stuffy and tight in there, so it’s difficult to move around with people inside! I came back to give her some constructive criticism on how I felt about our interaction, I was calm and simply said that “I wish we received the same 5 star service like her other customers” and told her that she was really rude to us! she proceeded to say that my kids were rude and a disrespectful, when they said nothing to her and still supported her business and purchased products!! I asked for my money back and she told me No and to get out of her store!! That’s no way to make the moment right with a customer! She is simply a racist who got upset with kids who were excited about the beautiful crystal they saw. They weren’t stealing or breaking anything!! This was my first experience here! And I will never visit there again and don’t recommend anyone else either!!!!

This store guaranteed a pair of earings I purchased for one year after purchase. One of the earings broke in half when I went to take off four months after the purchase. I happen to make it back to St Augustine in March and took earings and receipt to be informed completely opposite of what I was told during purchase. The manager was rude and said she would have to contact the manufacture and would not even deal with my husband and I. She was rude and you can see was very irritated! Buyer BEWARE....... This store "Does not" tell you their store policy... NO REFUNDS.... EXCHANGE ONLY 30 DAYS WITH RECEIPT. Bought 2 pairs of earings. 1 was broke by the time I got back to my lodging.. both wrapped up by the store clerk. Brought them both back next day..
