I would not recommend this shop! If you know all about the stuff and what your doing then it will be fine but it's small staffed and one of them does not know ANYTHING about anything that's in that shop! She doesn't know if it's what you need or how it works or even how to get half the stuff working and going..it's so frustrating that's why I refuse to spend big money in that store! Also if certain workers Mia understand you and charge you for items you did not want they will refuse to give you a refund pretty much and say you have to get something in the store! I was in a hurry for work and she charged me for two items when I only wanted one! I said I want my money back but I was already in my csr csuse she ran it out to me the other item she thought I wanted so she said all tell the next people coming in and they will give you something for that price or figure it out! I even called her from my work to see what time she was there till and reminded her to let the next shift know because she wouldn't be there when I got off work. She did not inform the next shift coming in so she had to call her! Then she says nope we can't do it you can get something for that price! I proceeded to tell her I don't need anything that's that price everything is to expensive and I'm not spending more money here I want my money back! The other woman who works there was very helpful and made it right is all I can say! I also purchase at least four vapes at a time and service was considered fair and friendly, that is until I had a genuine issue with a particular brand. I returned to the store to purchase (4) more vapes and asked to exchange a vape that failed a day and a half of use. The vape showed it had less than 10% use with its original charge around 85%. I was told by employee I should have tried it out before I left the store. My point was what good would that would that have done since it worked perfectly āuntil it didnāt!ā. Apparently the owners have a bad business model concerning āno customer serviceā, itās not like I brought in a half used vape demanding a new one, and life IS ABOUT CHOICES. They chose to implement poor policy and lose $320 a month from a happy customer until that point, over an item already marked up. Hope the owners do the math and figure it out, especially when their little tourist town rolls up its sidewalks...
