Kohl's — Local services in Saint Joseph

Very rude service, I’ve never had a problem with Kohl’s until tonight. Walked in to ask about a package I need to return from Amazon. The front lady, short older blonde woman with blue glasses was standing in the front and immediately cut me off multiple times when I was asking for a cart in order to push my item to where it needed to go in order to return it. Very unwelcoming tone getting snippy about how I needed to make sure my package was eligible to be returned to their store. I completely understand certain policies within a store, I’ve worked retail before. But the customer service was AWFUL, she was very rude. And the girls looking at me like I was stupid wasn’t helping either. I tried to explain to her that I’ve never done a return before and didn’t really understand what I needed to do in order to figure if I could return my package to their location. Whole Group of girls and not one of them could be nice enough to, in the slightest, guide me where I needed to go in order to figure that out or talk to customer service in the drop off department which I had to find on my own. I was not happy at all with how yall handled your customer. Shoutout to Aaron in the Drop Off department though, he was super sweet and helped me at least retrieve some type of guidance one what my next step would be. Thank you Aaron! Kohl's have a good sale On and had some good product. They also had a sale that gave you 20% off all purchases today. Everything went well until we were in the area and looking at men's jeans. We Found Jeans we were interested in and the sign showed regularly $44 and on sale for 29 something. That sounded good until you looked at every pair of jeans on those four shelves and all of them were marked $48 as the original price. We asked the clerk that was working in the area about the difference in price. He told us you never pay any attention to the signs because people put things back in the wrong area. Obviously people had not put things back wrong in this area because every pair of jeans had the $48 biginal on it. When I pointed this out to him he said that he would change the sign then. Since I could not say what I wanted to say, we just left the store and will buy jeans somewhere else. And we will buy anything else someplace else to. No use going through this irritation every time you go to a store. The girl that cashed us out was very nice and very patient when we double-checked every price because we feel like you could not trust Kohl's to give you the...

Once again Kohls has amazed me at the wonderful prices and service I received today. First of all, prices on the clearance items were probably some of the lowest I have ever seen and the quality of the items are exceptional . I had $30 in Kohls cash to spend and thought I might have trouble finding something that I really liked. I am not a fan of shopping and if I go its usually because I need something. I had a pair of sandals that I had bought at Kohls about 5 yrs ago and they were in desperate need of being replaced. I actually found a new pair in the clearance section, my husband found a new pair of casual slip ons ,He found a long sleeve tee, I found a long sleeve t in the misses clarence ,and a vest. Our total paid with the Kohls cash and the addl coupon from the paper came to $1.54. OMG. There were a couple clerks checking to see if we needed any help and the cashier was wonderful too.
