Lenny has got to be the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. I went in to see about adjusting the handle bar height for my daughters bike to raise it. And after just asking one question about how much the adjuster post would raise it he put the part back on the rack and said " I don't want you to buy from me" then I tried to still negotiat with him so I can understand what I can do to accomplish my goal he then said you also have to change the cables. and said it would be $20 installed then changed it to $20 each. Then he said it is not worth spending the money on this bike without letting me know the cost and letting me decide that for myself. Then he said you might as well buy another bike. To which I asked if he had any used bikes for sale. When he showed me one that would work and the price was $149 I took it for a ride and discovered that it had no front breaks and weak back breaks. He said "I'll adjust them" I asked if they were worn down and he said "yes of course its a used bike". Then all I said was "well would you put new break pads on or give me a discount on the price" and his answer was "NO I won't sell you the bike go away". He has no ability to negotiate. Or he could have just said no I cant discount it and let me decide if I still wanted to buy the bike or not. But no he would not let me buy the bike PERIOD. It was a very distaseful experience. I was just there to solve a problem. But he was in no mood to help me solve the problem and he would get a sale in...

My husband and I could not be happier! We have been wanting an Ebike for months since being in St Pete Beach. Seems silly to get in a vehicle here. We have looked at hundreds online. We went to a few shops. All the other shops seemed to be bother by us being there and or weren't helpful. Lennh and the other gentleman were kind, patient and friendly. And most importantly said, get on one, take it for a ride and see what you think. THAT sold us on the shop, the ride sold us on the bike. No one else has offered a test ride. An hour later we left with an amazing Biria Ebike. I just got back from going to the store with it and it is amazing. Smooth ride, fast, soo easy to get on and off of. And it's pretty! Hubby is going to go back and test ride a few more before making a decision. The bike comes with a two year warranty, the first service is free, after 30 days. I have only picked up some ding repair and a new leash from Lenny's, but they had a selection of both. I checked out their boards (including some cool not for sale relics - like an old Lightning Bolt single fin that was MR's or Gerry Lopez's or someone like that) and they have a good selection of boards of all makes and sizes with used boards for sale as well as new ones. I don't recall any particular shaper or brand though...

Sandals, board shorts, sunglasses, etc... Your usual surf shop fare as well as really good bikes and long board skateboards. Not as flashy as some surf shops, but who wants flash in a surf shop? Keep that stuff for your mall...
