Absolutely rude waitress. Asked me where I wanted to sit… I said questioningly , the window? And she snidely said to me “that’s where large parties sit“ and I said… Well, I don’t know… It all looks like where large parties sit“… and she threw the menu on another table and walked away. I let the other person at the takeout desk know what happened and that I didn’t feel comfortable having her as a waitress. I stepped out of the establishment, feeling completely despondent, as this was the weekend of my father’s funeral. I came back in and heard the first waitress yell to the manager “I’m not going to give her respect!“ I told the other manager at the front desk that I just wanted to get some soup before I pack to go home. And she sat me next to the window and adjusted the tables accordingly, took my order for wonton soup, and let me sit quietly as requested. The only reason why I came back is because I didn’t know anywhere else to get a simple soup of Asian soup quickly so I could pack. (this initial waitress was not going to cause me to be a victim because of her poor manners.) Manager did not charge me for the soup, given the incident, but it did not seem that she was going to talk to the waitress about her poor manners, or her poor performance. When I left, I tipped the manager twice the amount of the soup for her kindness. However, I will never return to this establishment as long as that waitress works there. My family went to dinner tonight at what used to be one of my favorite restaurants! My son was starving and went ahead of us to the restaurant to get our table and put an appetizer order, drinks and our simple pad Thai order in. we made it to the restaurant it was almost 20 mins since he sat down and he was still waiting and had not been so asked what he wanted to drink or eat. They had one waiter serving 12 tables the owner was running the register taking to go orders. Finally our food came and it was sub par ...Actually it tasted so poor that I didn’t even want to eat it by now Then insult to injury we had to sit for another 15-18 minutes waiting for our waiter to have enough time to bring us our check and in boxes.
I finally went to the register to ask The owner if she could get us our checks and boxes she seemed annoyed .... when I asked her what was going on she simply said we were understaffed. She also was too busy to say goodbye to us as we walked right past her to leave.
Another SELL out.... I try to support local businesses but when they could care less that I was there or even bring me decent food in a decent time ....I’m done, overpriced, understaffed and poor quality it won’t be long to they will be out of business w that Attitude! Trust me we are only dollar...

I know Lisa has personally made a difference in my life on a daily basis I’d really like to recognize her because she knows the restaurant industry well. You can tell. She has a great tact and deliver especially in rushes. She knows the “ins” and the “outs” of the business.
I drive for UberEats on occasion, as well. While driving... I have always seen a pretty timely manner of it being ready despite how many orders they receive, it’s always packaged in a great presentation that’s easy to carry, they allow me to bring the boxes out one at a time if need be or multiple for time consumption. When they are backed up, Lisa has offered me beverages (non-alcoholic;). I don’t drink to begin with.
The food is amazing. Period.
