My latest visit (11/14/22) was a great disappointment. About 3:00 pm. today. Although responded quickly at the drive-thru, & my order was simple it was not what I was given at the window. I ordered a plain bacon double cheeseburger. That was it. Nothing more. I received a regular double cheeseburger instead. Now the person should have noticed that there was no marking on the wrapper noting it was a special. Went inside and the person working window also working front line. Informed the person of mistake. She pulled a sandwhich from another bag handed it to me and said she must have grabbed the wrong one. Looking down at sandwich wrapping and it too was unmarked. So now I have the wrong burger, partially unwrapped and a 2nd burger I have to unwrap to see if correct. Luckily for me it was my ordered sandwich. But she had no way of knowing this and worse, she rewrapped the burger I returned and placed it into the bag she'd pulled my correct burger from. I commented on fact mistake wouldn't of happened if backline person had marked the special order burger as they are suppose to be trained to do and that 1st burger should be trashed. Tried to keep it light so not coming off as a jerk so said " bad backline guy, bad" in a teasing like voice. She laughed and said " Yeah right". As a former Burger King manager (though was many years ago) for me this lack of care or caring and rewrapping of a sandwhich and handing it out is totally unacceptable. I realize most restaurants are short staffed. If handed out during a rush period I might have shrugged off getting the wrong burger. It was a slow time, no reason to be rushing, so no excuse that my burger wasn't made and marked properly and prepared ahead of a order placed after me. However, it is totally against Health Department protocol to hand out a sandwich that was handed out, unwrapped, and touched by another customer and returned and then rewrapped and bagged. Management definitely needs to be watching closer and train better.
Went thru drive thru at the Jungermann location. They responded immediately when I pulled up to order. Let me look at menu but when I said I was ready, they again responded immediately. The original chicken with mayo only was delicious. Cooked perfectly and fresh. It was juicy and hot with very fresh bun. Read more$2.15 Fry ripoff... I deleted my old review with four stars and have dropped it down to just two. And I think I'm being generous with two. Me and my wife go here on a regular basis about once a week. The past few times we have been here the restaurant has really gone downhill. Machines are broken, restaurant seems dirty, bathroom seems dirty, outside seem dirty.. Employees seem dismissive and as they could care less. Latest visit we bought a double combo meal using a coupon. Everything seemed about average then I decided to try the Unbelievable Burger. BK's vegetarian sandwich. It was fine but seemed rather expensive at $6.03 for just the sandwich. Then before leaving we asked for a medium fry to go. I noticed the fry tray behind the counter was full and surely scooping up some fries and sticking it in a bag couldn't Institute a lot of effort, but I guess it does. . The employee working the counter asked for someone to come up front and help even though I was the only one at the counter not including the drive-thru... It took at least 4 or 5 minutes to get a medium fry. When it was finally handed to me, with a I could care less grin from the employee... It was short the amount of fries it should be in the package here's a photo to have.. All I can say is we won't be going back there unless we using a coupon and getting a glass of water to go.. Read moreOne of the best Burger King restaurants that I have been to, when I was younger I would always go out to Burger King with my family and it would be the highlight of my week, its great to see that even after all those years I can still come to Burger King and have a good meal. The food was well made and had everything that I wanted on it, other times that I go to this Burger King they're sometimes really busy with tonnes of customers but they're trying their best to get food out to everyone there's never more than a 10 minute wait if that long at all.
I'm sure the people who are leaving bad reviews were just having a bad day, the employees are only human and can't be on top of everything, if they have any drinks out in the lobby, they usually ask what you would like and fill it up for you at the drive through dispenser so you don't have to wait, and then once they help people with their orders they replace the missing sodas in the lobby unless they're out of it in stock.
All around great experiences at this location, would recommend going...
