Very eclectic. Definitely located in an area of town that hasn't been gentrified yet. As a venue there are some good things: lots of parking in area, and it is super cheap. Plus you can do indoor/outdoor setup. However, there are no accommodations near the venue, the neighborhood is sketchy and there isn't clear signage as to location or entrance. Raw is the key word and it could be a great venue for the right...

This place was awesome. I suggest you take a look like I did during the Second Saturday Art Walk. Somehow we timed it perfectly and ended up here and people were singing, musicians were drumming and playing guitar and flute, there was a fashion show. To top it all off, there was a dance battle.
