He was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He helped me set up my new computer and tackled a very challenging issue with my appraisal software that others hadn’t been able to figure out. Gave unbelievable help to me and my friend with our project of building a PC from scratch. When my friend and I first finished the build on our own, the PC simply would not turn on. We brought it to Computech of Pinellas and he made sure everything was set up correctly, and was able to diagnose the problem which ended up being the power supply. He walked us through everything he was doing, and provided excellent hospitality all the while. Then he even showed us around setting up the initial software on the computer as well. Steven is excellent! He repaired my computer with a new hard drive, cleaned up the power source, not sure if this is the correct term for the hardware that is in the computer interior. He also, was so patient and spent time when he returned the computer and made sure everything was working as I was used to on my Windows 7. I now have Windows 10. He re-installed the cloud, my printer, the screen saver and my preferred browser, firefox. I have not had great support when I have questioned other computer techs.
