HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – FRAUDULENT CHARGES + RUDE STAFF

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This “smoke shop” is nothing but a scam operation hiding behind four walls. We were charged multiple times on different days for purchases we NEVER made — literally days when we weren’t even anywhere near this store. That’s not just a mistake, that’s theft.

When we went in to try to get it resolved, the woman working the counter was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of listening, she talked over me the entire time, cut me off mid-sentence, and acted like she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging the issue. She had no interest in helping, no willingness to investigate the fraudulent charges, and offered absolutely NO solution. The only thing she wanted to do was hear herself talk.

I left with no answers and no refund. It’s one thing for a business to make an honest mistake, but it’s another thing to double down on rudeness and refuse to take responsibility. This place clearly has shady practices — if they’re comfortable charging people for things they never bought and then gaslighting customers about it, who knows what else they’re doing.

Save yourself the headache, the money, and the disrespect. There are plenty of other shops out there that actually value their customers and run their business with integrity. This one is nothing but a FRAUD shop with the worst customer service imaginable. Do yourself a favor and...

Ive been here a couple of times. Purchased a glass piece for $60 and they would absolutely not throw in a banger piece like most places. Upon further looking for a few weeks the MAJORITY of their pieces do not come with downstem, bowl etc. Understand no where else is like this. They force you to buy things that are included most everywhere else. THEN if you decide to get a piece and just buy the extras they dont even have any. They are 100% sold out of carb caps for dabbing but sell glass and Bangers makes no sense. Lets just say if you are going here for...

The lady purposely charged me for the more expensive vape when I was actually purchasing a smaller and cheaper vape. When I asked for my receipt, the cashier’s mouth fell open and she was surprised I asked for the receipt for my purchase because it was much higher than I expected (when I was surprised by the amount, she said it was because I was paying with my card).
