The customer service here is terrible. They are selective about who they help and will completely ignore you if they don't think you fit their clothing. The owner is the worst with customer service out of everyone. The store used to be very inclusive; however they often don't carry above a size large or they just have a one size fits all. I have walked around the store several times with multiple items in my hand and not been offered a dressing room and just left while people who came in after me were offered one immediately. I went with a thinner friend one day and she completely ignored me to help her, offering her outfit choices and a room. When I asked if they had one of the dresses in an XL, she looked me up and down and said "no". No offer to find another size, dress, anything. Not realizing it was the owner, I actually spoke to the manager who informed me the person was the owner who acted like that. The prices for the clothing is not worth it at all. I googled an item in the store and found it's exact match on Amazon for a portion of the price. Like other customers, I have given the store multiple chances because it used to be one of my favorite but once you experience that multiple times, it makes you want to go anywhere else. There was a time when ‘Brand Names” didn’t mean “best”. The cost of an item was driven on the colors, the fabrics, and the design quality. If you are the kind of person who likes what you like. then this store is worth the distance of any walk. It is a local establishment that has been in the area for over a decade. It is dual sided and what I would call a “Bodepa” (a boutique with a department store feel). The feel of this one is Chicos. So if you enjoy fabrics that breathe, colors that soothe, and styles that are fresh. Give this spot some of your time. They carry everything from scents, to bralettes, sunglasses to belts, earrings to hats, denim to linen. Yeah baby, send your love one to get a table to dine! Buy your self some time. Came to misred due to the consistent 5 star reviews and the idea of local brands and vintage. While they have a wide selection and a style for every person (which is great) of all I've purchased has been made in China wholesale brands that simply haven't held up or made it through more than three washings.

Quality is on par with forever 21 and most from h&m. You get what you pay for, and as nice as "everything under $50" sounds you can certainly feel it in the product. As such a hyped place, I was expecting something different I guess. I'm all for supporting local shops and shop locally 90% of the time for clothes. However, I can't bring myself to support Chinese labor-made trends consisting rayon and polyester for $47. Customer service was okay when I went in.
