I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and an order of cheesesticks online last night. I got the confirmation email at 10:08 pm that gave an estimated time for delivery of 44 mins. The food arrived at 11:40 pm and was cold. Prior to the pizza being delivered I called the store but couldn't get through as the phones were cut off. I attempted to eat a slice but the cheese was hardened and the pizza tasted awful at room temperature. I ate a few of the cold cheesticks but became nauseated. I didn't recieve a receipt with my order. My order total was 37.72 with a $10 tip. I tried to submit a complaint online but I couldn't get past the order number request bc the numbers on my box didn't match up. I called this morning after the store opened and was told that I couldn't receive a refund bc the general manager wasn't there for my day old order. I was told that he would be in shortly. I called again an hour later and spoke with the general manager. I told him what happened and that I wanted a refund. He told me that I couldn't have a refund but could have a credit for a large stuffed crust pizza. I told him that I wanted the refund and not a credit and he told me no and then I told him that it was fing ridiculous to offer a credit after the food mess up and my request for one. I don't want another pizza....I want my money back. I still have the food bc I was going to take it back up there to show that I'm telling the truth which I told the fist manager that I spoke with. The general manager told me that I needed to keep the conversation professional after I said fing. He also stated that he didn't know how else to help me. I told him that I wanted my receipt that I didn't receive and the number to corporate. He refused and I asked again and then he began talking over me stating that he didn't know how else to help me and that I have a credit on my account for 1 large stuffed crust pizza. After calling corporate ...I now have to wait for the same general manager to give me a refund and if he refuses again it will be escalated to the district manager within 48 hours. This is the worst experience I've ever had...
Read moreI hardly ever write reviews but this one is deserved. So I guess I deserved this experience with Papa John's. Everyone I had talked to said not to order from them here. Apparently ordering from the app is a waste of time since the order was completely made wrong and the manager even stated that it had been made wrong when I called to complain about my order. Manager's exact words to me were they can remake the pizza and send it right out and I could exchange the wrong one with the delivery driver or I could get a store credit for later use. I asked twice so I am getting this pizza remade correctly and I can choose to give back the old one or get a store credit. She said correct. So that had me believe by her wording she was giving us a store credit for the trouble and remaking the pizza and sending it out to us. No! 45 minutes with no delivery driver in sight I decide to call and ask if the pizza would be delivered soon. To my surprise the same woman gets on the phone and tells me I'm not getting my dinner at all because I opted for the store credit which is not what she explained at all. So I'm upset at this point and explained what she had previously explained to me 45 minutes prior and she says the credit could be used for another day to order a pizza. So here I am waiting for dinner that still hasn't showed up and now they want to redo the pizza and send it out to me and I'm supposed to give them the messed up order. More than likely it will be made wrong again. Should have just ordered from GW pizza or hell even dominos wouldn't be even dealing with this mess if I had listen to people and never ordered from Papa John's. Read moreVery bad service and customer service. If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered a little over 2 weeks ago, not only was my order nearly 45 minutes late but when it came the boxes where nasty and had oil everywhere that soaked through to the food. It was too late for the driver to take it back to the store and replace my items because it was almost 9 pm when he arrived at my house. He said he'd call his manager to see what they could do. I was then told they took my name and number down so that I would be able to call at a later date to get my pizza replaced then.
Fast forward to today and all of a sudden my information isn't in their system. Even after I provided the date, items, and dollar amount spent. Manger (Josh) was passive aggressively rude and assumed I was trying to get over and kept saying things like "well are you going to order or what" and "i can't just deliver free food" and told me the only thing they could do is give me a medium 1 topping pizza that I'd have to go out of my way to pick up.
Don't order from here! There are other way better pizza places...
