Radar Toys — Local services in Salem

Finally! An awesome comic and collectible shop in the Salem area. I have been looking for a decent comic shop in the area since moving back 2 years ago, and I am so glad Radar Toys opened up. Before this I had the displeasure of visiting another shop in the Keizer area where the owner of the store was the definition of a grumpy disgruntled comic shop employee. Too bad, his loss is Radar's gain as I set up a pull box with them and have been very happy with everything they have brought me. Brittany and Melvin are super nice individuals willing to talk shop and help out a collector like me who looks for hard to find and difficult to get books. They have a great selection of statues, figurines, lego, games, and other collectibles besides just the comics. Great shop, and so glad I found you guys up...

I have passed by this store so many times, and barely noticed it. A friend went here recently though and recommended it! I will definitely be spreading the word...it has soooo many stuffed animals for kids or anyone else, baby toys, toddler toys, so many legos, animal figurines, trucks/cars, figit toys, stocking stuffers, summer things.

Not to mention Loungefly (Disney) pins, wallets, backpacks, purses.... and manyboard games! There were also areas of breakable figurines and probly teen/adult collectibles or toys, but I wasn't able to get a good look. We bought some early Christmas presents, but would also be a great place to get a gift card to as a present for a kid/ older person! I was amazed at the sheer amount of items they had that represented different shows, movies, anime, and various collectibles. If you have an affinity for a certain movie or show, chances are they have merch for it to add to your collection. The staff are amazing and helpful and kind and if you can't find it, or if they don't have it, they may be able to get it! All you need to do is ask.
