Alicia was fantastic! We booked for a Saturday originally and had some plans changed. She bent over backwards to help us reschedule a tour, and even opened up a different day to make it possible for us. She was so kind and accommodating. The tour was fun! Such intriguing history with a focus of different eras and aspects of Salem history, not just the witch trials. We had the special opportunity to go inside the Hamilton Hall, which was just spectacular! You can tell that this is a passion for these guides! They love their town, they know their stuff, and they make sure you have a good time!!!

This is a great way to get some Salem history with your kids. We are local to Salem and wanted our 6-year old son to learn about some of the places we pass everyday. This tour is compact (not too much walking, so no whining!) and Alicia, our wonderful guide, had pictures and artifacts for kids to check out to engage them in historic tales. I learned new things as well and enjoyed our guide’s humor. The spooky stories weren’t too scary and it got kids involved in searching for clues. A fun learning experience and highly recommended!

Our family was in Boston for a long weekend and thought it would be fun to take our kiddos to Salem. Knowing our seven-year-old would not like normal history or scary Salem tours, we researched and found Salem Kids Tours. It was AMAZING!!! We did numerous VIP tours throughout Boston this week and this was by far the best tour. Alicia was entertaining, informative, and funny. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Alicia! We had a blast!

Super fun way to learn about Salem with your kids! I took the Slightly Spooky tour with a friend and her kids (with guide Alicia) and the History tour (with guide John). Each tour was completely different from the other, with all different stories. Since both guides are full-time history teachers, they not only knew their stuff, they were able to hold the attention of various age groups (my friend's kids are 8 and 10, but there was a mix of other ages in our group). The pace of the tour was perfect, with just enough stopping/standing around to learn about various landmarks, but not so much that the kids got antsy. The kids LOVED the tours and spent the rest of our time in Salem showing off all the cool facts they'd learned. My friend and I both wished we'd had teachers as cool as Alicia and John when we were in school, or that we'd even taken field trips that were nearly as much fun. It felt like just the right amount of walking, and just the right amount of information to learn something new without being bored or overloaded....

Highly recommend this tour with Alicia! I took my 10 year old cousin on this tour aimed specifically for kids. What I found out was that it was just as interesting for me, as a grown adult. With Alicia being a teacher, she knew how to keep all the kids’ attention on the tour, made it fun for them, & kept them completely engaged the whole time. That is no easy feat! You can tell she loves what she does, and is so knowledgeable about Salem and it’s history. She answered all of questions (and boy, my cousin had A LOT). It’s all we talked about for the rest of the night & it was a beautiful memory we shared together. Forever thankful for this ️ Thanks so much for a...

We had an amazing time on the Salem Kid tour! The entire experience was not only outstanding but also incredibly informative. Booking the tour was a breeze, making the process stress-free from the start.

Our guide, Alicia, was absolutely fantastic. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the history of Salem come alive for both adults and kids. Alicia was especially great with our kids' questions, answering them with patience and enthusiasm. It's clear she has a passion for what she does, and it made the tour even more enjoyable.

If you're looking for a family-friendly and educational tour in Salem, I highly recommend this one. It was a highlight...
