This place has been awful to deal with. I purchased the reolink wired camera system and my experience going through jabit has been completely awful. I went reached out to them regarding a warranty to replace the NVR which stopped recording and got the run around from them. initially, i was told that I had to full fill my warranty request through reolink. I reached out to reolink and they advised me the third party would need to put in the request after multiple emails and back and forth with reolink and jabit. Jabit agreed to full fill the warranty. While i was in the store I asked the store rep. if they had my recipet on file which she responded yes. i then politely asked her if I could have a copy for my files. which she was more than delighted to help. The second time i had went to the store it was due to a defective camera. When i went in the store they again tried to tell me that if I had an issue I would need to reach out to reolink. I made the guy aware that no I ran into this issue before and reolink advised me to reach out to jabit. The man refused and sent me on my way after reaching out to reolink once again they requested that i send them the third party name address and contact information. At this point i sent a screen shot of the emails I was recieving from reolink to jabit. Jabit then asked me to bring the camera back in store. The third time i went into the store of course the man refused run the warranty. I spoke to him and explained the situation from the 2 other prior events. He then tried to turn me away and tell me that the cameras were no long warranty and that my warranty ended the year before. i logged into reolink and showed him that the warranty is not over for a couple more months. After looking at the camera the man asked me if i tried to fix the unit myself. which was not the case since i know that doing so would void the warranty. So i then politely told him i didn’t tamper with the camera and if he could still process it. At this point he was disgruntled and it was apparent that he didn’t want to fix the camera. He then turned and asked if I still had the receipt. which then i asked if he kept those purchases on file. He then told me “no” which i knew was false because the girl had previously reprinted my receipt. I left the store and retrieved the reprinted receipt as the man had requested. Once I returned the man advised me that he would only replace the camera this one time. With the constant running around this place has given me i would never ever do business here again. Read moreTook a laptop in for repair and filled out paperwork, which included password. Tech called a couple days later to get my password. I had to tell him to check the initial paperwork. A week later, tech called to say it was under warranty and they could send it in "right away" and I told them to do it. Over a week after that, they called again to get permission because they were finally ready to send it off. When I asked why the delay from "right away", just got excuses. Asked to talk with the owner and got same.
All of this could have been avoided with timely and accurate communication, but no one wanted to take responsibility. I understand there are processes, but not communicating with customer is on them. Maybe they are great with computers, I don't know. I do know that it was difficult to have any confidence in what I was being told, so took my stll broken computer back and will find someone...
Read moreI had a Nintendo switch that I took them for them to repair the charging port. Not only did I feel they WAY overcharged me. I got it back in terrible condition. Not only did they overcharge me, 200 dollars for this simple fix! They gave me the COMPLETELY wrong switch at first. They let me take home someone elses switch. But when they finally got mine in, the switch will now recognize no joy con controllers. I thought maybe the current ones I had were just toast, but nope. Bought new ones, and still didn't work! So now I am literally out of poket more money than a brand new switch, because of them. And on top of all that, I have called them twice, only for them to say the owner will call me back, and they never do.
