Went through drive through on 6/2/2025. Around 6:00pm. Small guy with thin mustache took my order. Asked a question to verify i had ordered the right chicken sandwich, “excuse me please I’m sorry, but did i order the long sandwich or the round one, because sometimes I call it the wrong thing” he didn’t answer me. about 20-30 seconds later, A lady jumped on to respond. She was polite and said “yes you ordered the long sandwich” (Thank you) then pulled up to the window, the tea had zero ice. I said “ May i please have some ice for my tea” he grabbed it (clearly annoyed) and put ice in it.however, he spilled tea all over the cup, he wouldn’t look at me on purpose, and handed me the cup with tea pouring everywhere. I asked for something to wipe the tea off so it didn’t make a mess in my car. (I’m not talking a few drips It Was all over the sides and the top of the lid was full as well so it was pouring all over too) He again shoved his arm out with a wad of paper napkins refusing to make eye contact. I started to get annoyed, but wiped my cup off anyway and said thank you and put the wet sticky napkins in my car anyway since he was refusing to look at me in order for me to ask him to take the dripping napkins instead of me putting them in my car. Then he SHOVED my food out the window at me STILL refusing to look at me. I kept trying to be nice and win him over. He just had a TERRIBLE attitude. Then proceeded to complain about me asking for ice to his co workers with the window open and i could CLEARLY hear him. I could hear another worker say “we need to wipe that cup off”. He ignored her and closed the window. I have come to this location many times since it’s by my work. But this was the first time this guy helped me. I think customer service is not what he needs to do for a living. Ps IF i ever do come back, I will drive off if he’s working, if not I’ll update my review to reflect the amazing customer service I’ve received here every other time. Read moreMy Mom and I went into Burger King in Salina,KS today around 5:45 we were the only customer's there. No one was in sight to help us we could hear them visiting in the back but no one came to help us. My Mom hollered Hello loudly 3 different times before a very rude lady came up front. We told her we had hollered 3 different times and she very unfriendly told us their was only the two of them there and they were busy well we were the only two customer's there. She was very hateful taking our order. I wanted to just leave but my Mom was mad by that time. I watched them fix our food. Mom ordered a fish sandwich and I ordered a chicken sandwich watched them pull each out of like warming drawers not fresh old. Also ordered onion rings that were not crispy at all. Another older couple came in after us got same treatment the older gentleman asked her if it was her 1st day she wasn't very happy about that. Watched her help 3 other customer's I think she needs a job where she doesn't have to work eith the public. Won't be going back I like friendly people and fresh food. Read moreThey were busy in the drive thru but the only orders in house were mine and my daughter's and she had a shake ice tea and onion rings. She waited ten mins to get her order and was told we are busy. I waited the same amount of time and they didn't do my chicken sandwich to the very last. The staff were not very helpful or sorry that they were taking so long. It makes for bad business if your customer sees the order that is done and all they do is keep doing other orders for drive thru is wrong. They would have gotten the order of onion rings out and she would not have had to remind them they needed a lg glass for the ice tea they pd for.
