Had a great experience here compared to the Ashley furniture store across the parking lot. When I first entered the store I was quite annoyed because of the interaction I had just had with the sales woman at Ashely. One of the sales men at the Clearance center saw me and came over introduced himself as Jim Johnson, and asked if he could assist me in finding anything. I explained how I was looking for a specific livingroom set and how we were just at the Ashley's thats across the parking lot, and how the young sales woman over there was not helpful and was very dismissive. He asked if I could show him what I was looking for and he looked it up and said it would be no problem to order the furniture. Jim even went the extra mile to get us the best price on the furniture in question. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled from order to delivery, and even removal of the old furniture. I was quite surprised by that response seeing as the woman we had just spoken to said that neither store had the set and I would have to order it on my own if I wanted it. Jim is an asset to the company and I will definitely come back to work with him again for any future furniture needs. My inlaws went here to get a bed and when they got home. The people put the wrong bed there. My wife went to get it resolved and I don't know if it was the manager. But he gave my wife a hard time for no reason. Didn't even ask for a receipt or name. Automatically thought my wife was lying. My mother inlaw comes in and they start hustling to the back to get the RIGHT BED. The guy just left and didn't say anything. He ended up switching the beds right. I'm disappointed on how he handled the situation making everyone have a bad time. I will never shop here again. Lost me as a customer. I stopped into the clearance center yesterday, as I was passing through while traveling. Thought I’d get some ideas and contact the manager to help me keep and eye out as I am furnishing multiple rooms. Sier immediately greeted me (16 years retail experience here and that means a lot to me), pointed me in the right direction, interacted sweetly with my son, wasn’t pushy and did all the math for delivery and different pieces so I could convey to my husband.
