Steven at the Geek Squad went above and beyond in setting up my new laptop. He had me completely set up by Sunday night so i could hit the ground running on Monday morning without missing a beat. They lost my computer for a few days when sending it out for repair, it took them days to find the credit apple applied to the serial number then I get my computer back and its wiped clean.
