Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Salisbury

In most cases I would rate this a 5 star. However, my experience with a certain individual EVERY time I encounter him is below satisfaction. Ordering delivery took 1 hr and 25 minutes, upon arriving to my door step with 5 screaming kids that I live 20 minutes from the site the gentleman rudely asks "no tip?" First off you did no greet me with a smile or apology for taking double the time it usually takes.. and I understand you get busy but customer service is key. Then 3/12/2017 I order for pick up. I walk in he is playing on his phone asks my name sees my order goes and picks his phone up brings it to the counter continues TO SHOOT POOL! GRABS my order the wrong drink. Stops to SHOOT MORE POOL! gets the right drink print my receipt then wait for it... SHOOTS MORE POOL ON HIS PHONE!! Papa John's you need to have better customer service at your north salisbury...

Hours are incorrect Only open until 11 pm. Negative experience. Cheated by corporate out of WINNING promotion after website hung up repeatedly & struggled to get order in for an hour. Malfunction rerouted online order messed up future delivered to NYC address when local hotel address provided and assigned. Store closed and refused pick up . Customer Svc lied. Forced to drive 7 miles for wrong order placed w/corporate on the phone at the next location open...one tired overworked but kind employee on a busy college night allowed us to pick up a wrong cold order! Bum's Rush. Corporate lied, rude, could care less about loyal reward custoners....go to Dominos! Papa John's Corporate is evil. Customer Svc isn't worth calling. Store employees did their best to treat us humanely yet working for a greedy, callous...

We called 6:18pm, told them we've never had papa johns, ordered a 5 topping large pizza, told us the price and said 40 mins. Pizza got here 7:33, after calling back twice. Gentleman got here, and stood in our yard for 6 mins, i asked him ti please bring us the cold pizza, he said sorry, but i dont know the price. I called the store for him, and the Gentleman says on the phone, i told him the price is in the front of the box, then he said, $22.22. The darn pizza should of been free. Bad business, our first time trying it, and the last. The Gentleman on the phone didn't even apologize., but the...
