They are liers and forced me to purchase another item because of their rejection to take a return after eight days. I purchased a lab created ring on May 6th, 2024. Took it home tired it on again and it turned on my finger. I immediately put it in the box. Due to work I was not able to return it until May 14, 2024. I was in the store for 30 minutes trying to pick out something to replace the ring. Christine was very patience with me. She said she would work with the pricing on the new exchange because I did not want to go too much money beyond what I had already spend. After 30 minutes I told her I wanted to wait and come back to look around again. She then said "we have a new return policy that if it has been worn or scatched they can't accept the return." WOW!! She never verbalized this statement until after I stated I wanted to wait and come back later to look again to purchase something else.
The ring was not scratched. She handed it to her store manager Lindsey Kurth. The store manager rubbed the ring with her finger and even with her finger nail. This really made me upset because if it wasn't scratched you are definitely are trying to scratch it with your finger nail. She was a real IDIOT. Their return policy is within 30 days with receipt and original condition.
I left the store and came back with my husband. Since I had purchased the ring on his account with him not being in the store or signing for it. When I came back they allowed me to purchase the necklace and took back the ring. WOW!!! This was all about them not wanting to lose a sale. A customer should not be forced to buy anything because they don't want to lose a sale.

They really CARE about your tastes, your budget, and making sure you leave the store a VERY happy and satisfied customer. They treat you like family. Special shout-out to NICOLE- who knows us by name, and welcomes us each time we come in as if we are truly special. She has gone above and beyond - especially when we were picking out Diamond earrings for this April girlâs birthday; and this Black Friday weekend she was truly AMAZING đ€©. She doesnât pressure you like some salespersons- she actually listens. She took the time to walk us around and make a wish list so my fiancĂ©e knows what I like and can surprise me if he likes. We ended up really falling in love with a beautiful piece, and when we left; we called the next day and she put the item aside in the safe until we arrived to possibly purchase it!! Truly amazing customer service. Iâm a fan of Tiffany & Co., but with this wonderful service, Iâll definitely be going to Kays more than Tiffanyâs!! If at all!! And the other salesgirl, Lindsey, she was amazing as well. We are coming up on our 10 year anniversary and I have been thinking about upgrading her wedding ring set. I inclined about upgrading and our salesperson Nicole took us over and just started showing my wife what her options where. She worked with us for about an hour or more. We traded in her first set and get her upgraded, but that just wasn't all, my wife walked out with new earrings to match her new rings because of the sale that was going on. The best part of this whole experience was, we were not rushed, Nicole let my wife try on every ring that she wanted until it was the one she wanted.
