Use Caution and ask questions and get it in writing!!!I took my wife’s IPhone XR here back towards the beginning of this year to have the front glass replaced after my 3 year old had threw it on our sidewalk the shop was close to our home and the replacement went well when I picked the phone up I had asked about a warranty and was told that if she ever had any problems bring it back and he would take care of it I thought ok that’s really great about 6 months later my wife couldn’t get her screen to turn on the whole thing was black I thought ok it had to be a faulty screen but np I had been told if there was ever a issue just bring it back so my wife took it while I was at work and was told that she must’ve dropped it and he pointed out a small mark on the bottom right side of the phone which was from the previous visit to the shop the screen wasn’t broken this time it just completely stopped working she was told that she would need a new screen and that it would be $130!!! WTH This was not her fault or my 3 year olds this time you installed a faulty lcd screen just keep you word Guess I should have gotten it in writing but I didn’t think it would be a issue if it had to be...

I had cracked my mother's phone by accident (dropping it on gravel). I checked around to see if there were any places that could help me with this issue. Luckily, we had this business in this town and the gentleman that helped me out was absolutely great! I work close by and he went above and beyond to come by my job and got the phone, repaired it and then returned it. I never expected this guy to do something that was completely out of his way. my experience here was terrible i took my phone in to get my camera fixed got it fixed was working fine when i left a couple days later my front camera goes black i go back he tells me he can’t do nothing about it and that i need a new phone he didn’t even take a look at it and was rude after he charged me 100 dollars i didn’t receive a refund. i went to another location i get told i have 15 missing screws to my phone which caused my phone not to work properly i get told it’s fixable and that there is no need for a new phone . do not come here you will receive you’re device back in even worse condition do...
